I figure they're pretty much on the same level as far as specs (differences are just SAMOLED vs 4G, notification LED, and matte finish) and I can get a G2 for like $300 less, so it just sold itself. I'll probably be getting one of the "next generation" phones this spring/summer when they hit, so I might as well save a bunch of cash now and still get a great device.

It's pretty good thanks. I'm just doing 3 week's training at the moment, just to get us used to the procedure and the systems we'll be using, and I start properly on the 25th. That's when I could be working anywhere from 7am to 11pm :/

I think I read in the One forum earlier that a confirmed date of release has been set for the US. No idea about a release in India thought
It's between £480 - £540ish from what I've seen. It's just a shame that nowhere in my city has a demo unit so I can't even test it yet

Hah... I don't expect demo units for 1-2 months... the new phones sell so quick, most dealers don't keep a demo...
And the India release will be around the US release...

Is LG going to upgrade to Android 4.4?

Has LG made any comments about upgrading the flex past 4.2.2?
I know they have a bad reputation about upgrading the OS..
And things don't seem to positive for development like custom ROMs..hoping that'll change with the g flex U.S versions.

Well I ask because I'm using the new Moto G and Motorola promised a quick rollout of Android 4.4 before the phone was even released..
But I was kinda shocked a flagship phone that's brought us features like curved display and bendable came with 4.2.2 ..kinda weak IMO

From all of the recent rumors I say in a couple more months and heard LG is skipping 4.3 to go straight to 4.4 which makes since. Im excited for it too but am patient. I think it will tripple its already awesome battery due to kitkat being less ram consumptious.

I take anything T-Mobile says with a full shacker of salt, their update schedule well I need a bit more salt than that. When I have it installed and rooted is when I start claiming stake to release information lol.

Ain't to much changed on 5.1.1 sprint seem the same to me. Feel a little smoother only time will tell.

Nothing special about 5.1.1 but a bunch of internal fixes, no noticeable changes. Its going to work for some, but not for others, as always...

Does anybody have an update on whether or not the ZTE axon pro will receive the 6.0 marshmallow update? Or perhaps a time table for when it would happen? Just curious and anxious. This is such an amazing and powerful phone!

X2. Spoke with them last week and heard beginning of Q1 2016. Also saw ZTE reply to someone else's comment about marshmallow by stating "after the holidays". All signs point to marshmallow in the next month or two.

Hoping this update happens as quickly as everyone is saying! Also, would be interested in finding out if we will gain root support
