Changelog :- https://changelog.omnirom.org/
Build 10 is up.
changelog :-
- Added supersu,
- modified with extreme performance and battery saving tweaks.
- Compiled with LTO. read below.
Link-time optimization is a type of program optimization performed by a compiler to a program at link time. Link time optimization is relevant in programming languages that compile programs on a file-by-file basis, and then link those files together (such as C and Fortran), rather than all at once (such as Java's "Just in time" (JIT) compilation.
Once all files have been compiled separately into object files, a compiler links (merges) the object files into a single file, the executable. As it is in the process of doing this (or immediately thereafter) a compiler with link-time optimization capabilities can apply various forms of interprocedural optimization to the newly merged file. The process of merging the files may have removed the knowledge limitations that occurred in the earlier stages of compilation, allowing for deeper analysis, more optimization, and ultimately better program performance

Lol. Its not modem related, its something to do with phone.apk. There was a situation in other rom as well.
Edit: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2244813
See the link with post #13 and #14 same situation.
Edit 2: How to, I don't have PC now. No file manager either in your rom zip. So no go how to replace. Can't even download without Google account. If you are unsure wait for others feedback. I will try to flash it once again after sometime. Currently going out
Nice one.
Wish you all the best
I think the issue occurs if you are using SIM LOCK
Edit 1: I found the mistake I was missing two key RIL lib fixed and a new build is being uploaded (I don't have the device ATM ,So could not test it but I am pretty sure it should work now) @Galaxtus He is great in testing and helping and i am thankful to him

Not 100% sure what's happening here, but I believe you are going to need to build your own kernel even if that's not the root cause of the problem. The following two commits are kind of important for fully working BT: https://github.com/CyanogenMod/andr...mmit/19a208a64958ff0cefb43c7b1623307ca090edd2 (allows phone to sleep after initializing BT hardware), https://github.com/CyanogenMod/andr...mmit/15ced1fb4a207c2e99ea007ce447d9b5cd676435 (allows use of Bluetooth keyboards and mice).

That's the bug fixed by this patch against frameworks/base.
As for network location, have a look at the overlays in device/sample/products. You can either copy over the relevant changes directly, or (better yet) just include those overlays in your build -- look at soju.mk in my tree for an example. (If you want to start from that product instead of full_crespo, use "lunch soju-userdebug" instead of "lunch full_crespo-userdebug" when building.)

Does work for me. Did you wipe dalvik/cache? Can anyone else confirm location working/not working?
Just did a quick check with this ROM.
- Network Location is working for me.
- Bluetooth not working because of missing libbt-vendor.so in /system/vendor/lib. Extracted from win7fun's build an attached to this post. Rename to 'libbt-vendor.so' (Only remove '.zip' extension. It is not zipped !) Push to /system/vendor/lib and to be clean, chmod to 644. And NO, i won't make a flashable zip of it. If anyone wants to do, feel free.
- However, there seems to be a bug with the Data signal indicator. It doesn't switch fron 3G to H and doesn't show the little traffic up/down arrows.
Beside that, very good work !

Thanks. Found where Google has moved libbt repo so libbt-vender.so is now built from source and included in ROM. Have no devices at hand now to check if it's really working but bluetooth can be enabled now and at least it scans for devices. Fixed in v0.3

Introduction:
MoKee OpenSource is based on the Google AOSP. We update our source code frequently to keep up with the latest development, and not forgetting to merge in special features of our own at the same time.
A small group of people from around the world who are interested in Android launched this project on the 12th of December 2012, and is committed to make this ROM better and better. Like most contributors of open source projects (Omni, CyanogenMod, Slim AOSPA etc), we are doing all these in our free time as our passion...
This rom is made for d410. but it should work on other models too.
report back if it works or not on other variants.
THIS ROM IS BASED ON @ Quarx device /kernel sources Please find time to go over to his cm-11 thread and thank him and if you can then donate to him.
Also donate to mokee developers ....their work is amazing.

did you used zenconcepts 's cm builds in the cm thread. they seem to fix wifi.
here is what you suppose to do...to mostly fix wifi
1.in your build.prop add following line at the end.
Code:
net.tcp.buffersize.wifi=4096,221184,3461120,4096,221184,3461120
2. in your file maanger (give file manager root access in general settings >>exit>>and restart the file manager)in the root folder there is a file name
init.zetaw.rc

CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.
All the source code for CyanogenMod is available in the CyanogenMod Github repo. And if you would like to contribute to CyanogenMod, please visit Gerrit Code Review. You can also view the Changelog for a full list of changes & features.
Be careful, this is still a WIP, don't think that all is working FINE!
There is, and will be still a lot to do, and please report back here!
Also please make a Backup before you flash this!
What works ?
RIL
Audio
Wifi
Camera
Bluetooth
Sensors
GPS
Everything that is not mentioned in "What doesn't work?"
What doesn't work?
Video recording
How to flash?
Copy the ROM and Gapps on phone.
Go to your recovery
Wipe everything except internal storage
Install ROM (this takes a bit of time 1-2 mins- be patient) and Gapps zip.
Reboot - 1st boot takes around 4-4 minutes.

Hey guys!!!
First of all, THANK YOU for beying so quick and for keeping working for Nexus 4. Big up for you!
I've just installed the ROM and it's working fine by now (we already know the video recording issue) , except that i've installed Google Now Launcher but i can't make it work. It just doesn't show in the setting (only Trebuchet). Any one with the same issue?

This is not ROM issue. I've seen this on many mm ROMs too.
Do you have Google app installed?
To solve this, uninstall Google app (if you have it) and now launcher. Then install both of them from play store. That'll solve it.
You'll find many posts like this on internet.

Thanks m8, i will try that!
I have another issue with Gmail app, it always asks me to introduce an email address, despite already have 2 configured. If i press "take te me gmail" it says i have to "add at least one email address", if i add en email address it configures it in accounts but keeps asking in gamil app. I've read on internet about that issue but the possible solution (unsync, re-sync, remove account, put again, clear data+cache) doesn't work for me. If someone knows something else, please let me know
cheeeeeeers
For video recording use Footej Camera or Google Camera.
Configuring video to 720p and working.
Thanks for the firmware! I've encoutered some bugs:
After the installastion (CM+opengapps nano):
Settings->buttons->buttons and layout crashes "Cyanogenmod Settings" app
Settings->status bar options battery status style/battery percentage don't make effect (the battery icon remains default). btw, Clock Style works.
