[Solved] Xperia T won't boot

My Xperia won't boot since yesterday, i'm stuck on the screen with the triangle with a wrench and a screwdriver. I saw some threads where they said you should wait, but it's been like this for the last 15 hours or something. I have tried searching for a solution but couldn't find a solution. The phone has the latest stock Jelly Bean firmware and is not rooted, any ideas how to fix this?
Edit: Sorry wrong section
Re: [Q] Xperia T won't boot
Try to turn it off. And flash FW via flashtool.

I don't really like that i first have to unlock the bootloader to do that. I have this phone only a few weeks so i can just get a new one from my carrier but that takes a lot of time. Is it possible to repair it with the Sony PC companion or ADB?
Re: [Q] Xperia T won't boot
Just plug it in and leave it, it's repairing itself.
If you keep turning it on or off it starts again.
As an aside you don't need to unlock to use flashtool.
If you can't wait then download and flash the same version with flashtool or use a pccompanion, repair option. If you won't wait you need to format data

The 15 hours i described was without turning it off and on, can it really take that long?
Re: [Q] Xperia T won't boot
Hold vol up and power until you feel the three vibrations, run pccompanion without the phone connected, choose the software repair option, connect phone when instructed, do not power up the phone before or you'll be straight back to the tools screen.

Pls could you explain how exacty you did it? By "the updater" you mean Sony PC Companion??? My phone all of a sudden wouldn't work properly when in a phone call, I could hear the other person but they wouldn't hear me. So I just turned off my phone and when I tried to turn it back on the triangle icon wth wrench and screwdriver appeared (I had around 40% battery). I left it like that for almost an hour and since it wouldn't turn back on I did the power+volume up but it would load back on to the triangle. Then I removed the micro sd and power+volume up and it loaded the sony logo, then the xperia logo, then this sony colored waves/smoke started and the 3rd time this "wave" crossed the screen, it just froze and began a never ending loop of sony+xperia+waves+restart... over and over again :S I tried pluggin it on my pc and starting the Sony PC companion but doesnt recognizes the phone :crying:
Thx in advance for any help! (btw, my xperia z is with the latest update installed)
Don't worry about the battery, it keeps charging even, if the phone software is dead. just pop it on the charger dock. i had similar cases.
Hey guys,
I'm seemingly having the same problem here, so I'll share my notes, if somebody could make any sense out of this.
A few days back the phone prompted for an update to be installed, which I then did.
Today I decided to restart my device since it was draining battery quite fast and got all this screwdriver thingy happening all out of a sudden. This phase went over in maybe about an hour. I was stupid enough to try restarting the device in-between though, which might have messed it up...
After this I got into the endless loop of Sony-XPERIA-waves-restart. And basically i'm still in it.
Tried to flash a stock ROM with Flashtool, but it'd only say in log that device connected in flash mode, and eventually disconnect. Also tried to repair with PC Companion. It downloaded the ROM and connected to the phone in flash mode stating "Updating.." (translated), but eventually said it'd failed (obviously timed out..?) Did try many times.
When the phone is not plugged in a charger it can be turned off with pwr+vol.up untill three vibrates, BUT when plugged, it will just reset and go back to loop. EDIT: In charger it's looping only SONY-restart-SONY-etc.
I fixed it!!
I finally fixed it!!
All I did was download a stock ftf (I found the italian unbranded version here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2293794) and flashed it with flashtool beta 6 ( tutorial on how to do it here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2240614). At first it wouldn't start flashing but I tried several times plugging and unplugging my phone while holding volume down and it finally flashed It was the 1st time I ever flashed a ROM or anything so I'm sure anyone can do it.
I hope it helped.

you do not need to turn your phone on for pccomapnaion to work.

Xperia Z keeps rebooting on 'Sony'

Hi,
Recently my Sony Xperia Z device is showing some issues. One of them (to start with) is that the battery is dropping really hard from for example 40 percent to 13 percent. The strange thing is that it also goes up from (for example) 43 percent to 50 percent. These issues started when my phone got really warm from lying in the sun for a short period. It also doesn't charge properly when it is on the charger.
Now the real problem is that yesterday my phone got out of battery and it wont start up anymore. When I try to start up by holding the power button I don't get any response from it. When I put it on the charger it keeps restarting/rebooting on the 'Sony' logo. The device keeps doing this without doing anything else.
I've tried to flash the device with the Sony Update Service, without any luck.
I am really out of ideas and I'm hoping that you guys could help me.
Greetings,
Kay.

Maybe get your battery replaced, it's not expensive to do so and it improves the battery life as well since the used batteries get worse overtime.

[Q] Don't know what to do with C6603.. HElP!

Hello Guys..
I need your help... Problem with my Xperia z C6603.
phone able to:
Vibrate 1 and 3x when power and + button used.
With led notification.
Problems:
can't turn on my phone
when charging Until sony logo only then turn off
when turn on sony logo and red notification then turn on
I Tried:
Flashing many times already-still the same problem
Emma- Still the same
SUS-Cant use...notify until July 1 etc.
PC companion-unable to update error
S1tool- error 01000000
What should i do, what is the problem?
Need help please..followed all flashing instructions in xda and other forums
Try Uninstalling PC Companion and make sure all PC Companion files are deleted in your computer. Download the latest version and reinstall it. Also is your phone unlocked? And if so did you use a program called S1tool? If so uninstall that program and make sure all of S1tools files are deleted.
Now try successfully fixing your phone through PC Companion.
Done that Already.
Still no progress...when pressing the Switch Button 3x red light blinking, when charging it Sony logo comes out then Turn Off.
T_T
How did it happen?
Have you unlocked bootloader?
If not and you have TA partition backup, you can give a try to unlock your bootloader via fastboot and then flash any custom ROM

Now when im charging my phone it turns on until sony only then turns off again, this will repeat over and over again until i remove the charger ( i can only use volume+ + power on when the charger is connected. When I remove my charger it turns off then when i press the on button i see a led light (RED) and it blinks 3 times... and im stuck in this.

Stuck on logo...???
This happened to me when I accidentally flashed a Xperia z1 ftf to my Xperia z all I had to do was get a full stock Xperia z ftf get Flash tools ready and when it says to plug phone in flash mode you press and hold all 3 buttons (power, vol+and vol-) all at the same time till it vibrates once then let go of the power button and vol+ but keep holding vol - while plugging in the usb cable this will boot your phone into flash mode
And remember to have all whipe options ticked in flashtools
Hope I.helped
