The blue logo is TWRP. You should be able to boot into TWRP recovery and flash the backup nandroid you, hopefully, made.

I can see the boot logo but how do i get into recovery mode on the kfhd 7 2012 version? If this doesnt work is the fastboot cable an option

Edit: wrong topic I replied in. Sorry.
Edit 2: To get into TWRP turn the Kindle on and when you see the yellow Kindle Fire logo press and hold volume up button up. Keep holding and when you see the blue Kindle Fire log count to three and release the volume up and wait for the Kindle to boot into TWRP.

Thanks I but the recovery and it worked thank you so much!!

[Q] My Kindle Fire has a red triangle!

Hello, I was downloading custom rom on my Kindle Fire HD 7, and I got into a boot loop. I purchased a fastboot cable, and used the KFHD_SRT_v1.3.5- 7.3.0 to fix it, using the fastboot cable. Once I was done it rebooted, and the Kindle showed a red triangle that says, "Kindle Fire System Recovery Your Kindle doesn't seem to be able to boot. Resetting your device to Factory defaults may help you fix this issue. Volume up/down to move highlight; power button to select. Reboot your Kindle. Reset to Factory Defaults." I have tried both options, but it goes back to the same screen. I would really appreciate it if someone helps.
Thank you!
Try reflashing it again, if that doesn't work, try using kindle fire first aid to do it for you instead.

Hi, thank you for replying, It is now working. Also, I read a thread on how to install TWRP recovery on to the Kindle, I followed every step, and I had no problems, except when I went into TWRP, the Kindle would show two blue lines, and white squiggly lines. The Kindle boots up fine, but it's just that TWRP isn't working. I've uploaded a picture of it here.
Thank you.
I would reflash the latest twrp IMG via fastboot, check the md5sum of it this time and make sure its the kfhd7' version.

Thank you very much!! TWRP is working now, and I installed CM10 Jelly Bean on it!!
I've run in to the same problem (red triangle with the options to reboot or wipe data - and tried both), but First Aide just hangs. Trying the N2A restore tool now, but if that doesn't work, what else can I do?
I have a Kindle Fire HD 7", and I am using a fastboot cable. I've tried:
1. KFHD_SRTv1.3.5
2. KFFirstAide100
3. N2A (running now)
I'm out of options and really at a loss as to what else I can do. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks!
EDIT: I found this and am going to try it. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2304584
EDIT2: I should pay attention and make sure I'm using the correct [email protected]@*$&#!!! bootloader for my device. My stupid just cost me $125.

[Q] Kindle won't boot after twrp recovery

I just got my kindle and didn't like the kindle fire hd os so i tryed to get it to an android os. I followed this guys video and it worked so far until i got the the twrp recovery. i did the command fastboot -i 0x1949 reboot and it shut down but never rebooted. Plz help!!!
More details please, though I'm guessing based on what happened you flashed the wrong bootloader in fastboot then rebooted. If that's the case it is hard bricked. But more details will be helpful to diagnose this to make sure, like what commands you ran or what exactly you did.

here are some more details:
-I was watching a video on how to change the os on the kindle fire hd 8.9 inch and I thought it would work on kindle fire hd 7" and everything did work even the fastboot or something like that pooped on the screen while i was doing some commands. Then when i did the command for the fastboot reboot it turned of and never came on. I tried many ways of getting it back on like holding the power button for 20 seconds and then trying to turn it back on. Then i thought it might still be running so I thought that maybe leaving it without a charge for a while would do it and so far nothing. I started this yesterday and yesterday was when it stopped working. Still haven't charged it yet. Also is there anyway for my kindle to be restored and back to normal with that kind of hard brick. (i am a noob at this ) Thx for your response!

You hard bricked you're tablet. There is no recovery for this at this time. The ROM's are specific for the model and firmware.

The factory cables help with soft bricked Kindle's. You can get a cord and try it if you want. Flahing a Jem to a Tate is almost a sure hard brick. If you plug your tablet via USB into your PC, look in the device drivers area on your PC, do you see "OMAP" anywhere?

Do you mean device manager, if so i don't see that there, and hard brick means its dead and ill have to buy a new one right?
If its still under warranty just send it in to amazon and tell them it won't turn on, that by itself should get you a free replacement.

[Q] Deleted fire OS

I attempted to install android 4.4 on my Kindle Fire HD 7 using C11 but when I tried to reboot the system after flashing and etc I was asked if I wanted my device to be rooted as it wasn't already, (Not knowing what to do I just hit yes.) in the video I watched the guy wasn't asked that. After I tried to reboot I've seen been stuck at the blue recovery screen. Please help! (Sorry in advance I'm a noob when it comes to this stuff.)

Since you can still access the recovery screen, try wiping and re-installing CM.

I actually don't have access to the menu, when I said screen I meant to say boot logo I just didn't know the term for it, sorry for not being specific enough. But yeah when I boot I get the normal red kindle boot logo then it switches to the blue one and stays that way.

Right so when you power the Kindle on and you see the yellow kindle boot animation, hold the volume up rocker. Keep holding it and the blue TWRP boot animation will show. Continue holding the volume rocker up for three seconds and release. You should enter TWRP. Now flash whatever ROM is on your internal memory. Otherwise just adb sideboard a ROM while in TWRP.

That worked for getting back into the menu but unfortunately I still couldn't boot up cm11 it asked me again if I wanted supersu installed and I got the same thing, I was able to revert back to the normal os by factory resetting and restoring the backup and I'm not able to connect the kindle to my pc anymore to transfer data. : ( Oh and when I boot up I get the normal boot logo then the blue then it actually starts to boot up, it's really weird.
UPDATE
So I decided to do a full wipe while in the recovery menu because I kept getting messages about installing supersu and stuff while in the normal os, I ended up with no os and since I can't mount it onto my pc I think I bricked it to the point of no return. : /

Nope win 7 also whenever I plug it in it shows up in my devices as MTP and has a driver issue, tried uninstalling and re installing but windows cant find drivers for it.
*conclusion*
I had my tablet plugged in for a few minutes and after a while it was recognized as a nexus 7 and automatically installed drivers, I'm good to go now. Thanks again to everyone that posted. : D
