I don't know what to do next. Help please

Hi.
First of all, i want to say that i don't know so much about Android, i've been working with Windows Phone but not with Android.
I have a spanish Samsung Galaxy S Plus.
I installed Superuser but the mobile phone gets blocked every 4 or 5 hours...
I think i made an error.
Could you tell me any ROM tutorial?
Is there any problem with Spanish radio in your Roms?

sir can u suggest which rom is stable. the pixel experience rom can be used to downgrade from android 11. can it be use directly using the unbricktool or must follow the directions if that so i need to buy OTG dongle.
