Hi. I'm afraid that your are out of luck on installing any Android version or mod on Rasberry Pi 2. You should have at least Rasberry Pi 3B. I would even recommend Rasberry Pi 4.

Unfortunally it's based on an old Pi image (Raspian Lite Jessie 2016-02-09-raspbian-jessie-lite) so, especially after the latest update (changelog here), I believe those instructions have to be updated.
Can someone help ?
