Got a few cases..check it out

I ordered this on ebay last week..just arrived today not bad at all..they around 10 each and quality seems pretty good just like any case mate or inzipio or sgp but this cost lit cheaper....2 of them made by nillkin one by imak and stitch one look like custom they also have other ones...
Best fitting I go with imak

try ebay or amazon, though shipping may be a bit pricey depending on where you are from. XV cases are harder to find, but the decent ones aren't all that expensive.

Arrived today finally and it's fantastic. Perfectly fits to XT and quality is excellent.

I purchased a black TPU case for my TL on Amazon and it fits like a glove. I figured for .90¢ USD it'd be a turd but its actually awesome.

I must have been lucky cause it arrived in 6 days - overseas shipping Hong Kong to New Zealand
Overall the fit of the case is really good, fits as good as my oem one. Everything clicks into place.
The carbon fibre immitation weave looks good, its made up of plastic. It kinda reminds me of a wicker basket pattern.
The texture feels alot grippier than stock case and has a matte finish to it.

What about NFC? And does it come in other colors?

I saw this listed on EBay and now that I see what it looks like installed, I may get one myself. I'll bet it would look sweet with a black aluminum bumper case too! My only concern is if it's thicker than the original cover. The bumper cases are a pretty tight fit.

I don't have any calipers to measure it but it feels real slim. At a guess it may be like 1mm thicker but minimal.
I haven't tried removing my stock nfc as I don't use it so can't answer your question

Do these affect signal? I had one of these on my GS3 and could not get LTE unless I took it off. Overall reception was bad while using it.

Alternative To Otterbox Defender

What is an alternate case to the Rugged Defender W/Zero Lemon Battery...
What off Brand ones have people been using?

I don't think anyone is using anything besides the modded defender (or deNfender Chinese knockoff) or the tpu it comes with...
I'm using the tpu with a flygrip and a home made flip cover that I keep improving.
Going to post pics today but don't know if anyone will care. But it works for me! lol

Yeah not sure why but I got my case from T-Mobile store, it was a little pricey but well worth it. It was $35. I had the same case for my S2 that I just retired.

Thanks but mines Verizon. Don't think it will fit. Looks nice though. Is it TPU? How do you put it on? And I'm interested in that screen protector in the video On Tech 21, its got me hooked!

The screen protector isn't available for the G2? Seems a shame. There needs to be more choice of decent tempered glass protectors for the phone.

Corcor, do you have a screen protector on yours? I got the obliq and it actually fits perfect, I was concerned that some cases may peel the protector off on edges.
I was worried about the orange showing but I saw one in store it is not that bad actually. The case feels soft but I believe it still provides protection.
Did you ever drop your phone with this case on? I am planning to return Diztronic case and get this instead (yeah, 4 times the cost, but it seems like a good one, although I cannot find a single review of anyone owning this for G2)

I do not have a screen protector but I have dropped it and it protected the phone nicely

Same here I dropped mine face down on asphalt and not a thing happened to it. D30 case with the Obliq screen protector is a winning combination. :thumbup:

Seems like a really good case! Good thing I already got my Slim Armor otherwise I'll be scratching my head for hours thinking which one to get.
Pretty sure this case will win in a drop test but I still think the Slim Armor looks better.

No microphone hole for AT&T version. That's why I passed on Slim Armor, yes it looks great, probably looks the best among all bulky cases. One reviewer got a response from Spigen saying they will update it, I wonder if they updated it...

Is the AT&T version same as T-Mobile? I received my case form Amazon 3 weeks ago and this is what I got.
There's the cut out for the 3rd mic by the camera/flash.

I have the Obliq extreme anti shock, it shows a few scratches but it's still awesome. I'm thinking about getting the anti glare next.

I refuse to buy another ballistic case... The rubber is too gummy and soft like an otterbox. This causes it to wear much more easily, stick to your clothing, and attract dust. Buy a the Supcase... Either the pro or standard unicorn beetle... I promise that you won't be disappointed.

I would have to say yes. I believe there comes a point when the level of protection becomes wasted and these unicorn beetle ones offer just enough... Unless you plan on throwing your phone off a 5 story balcony, but that's why there's a pro version lol. You just can't go wrong spending $15 on one.

Thanks, saw that. After careful consideration, I went with the UAG Maverick. I have an i-Blason clear TPU cover and a Kayscase ArmorBox. Like the first one for being clear and the second for having a kickstand, but wanted to have a 3rd one with Mil Specs protection, and yet be clear if possible, and high quality, so the UAG came on top, at least in paper. We'll see how it works when I get it.
Of course, I might add more cases to the collection in the future, especially if Mophie gets their **** together and makes a juice pack case.
