I managed to edit the file /system/url/keychars/omap-keypad.kcm.bin, which is the hardware keyboard layout file with HxD (hex editor).
This post helped me a lot to do this:

I mapped the keys to type the following:
Normal | Shift | Alt | Shift+Alt
a | A | ä | €
o | O | ö | )

8 | 8 | Ä | 8

You can download the bin file, replace it in /system/url/keychars/ an set the same permissions like the old file had.

2.) What are the first two positions for in the bin file? For examle:

...so there is six positions instead of four - what is the use of the first two?

Could you do a stock one, but edit the ok button to be a smiley key???
I don't know if that works, first I don't see the OK key, second I don't think that you can bind 2 characters to one key. Please anyone help him!

Installation:
Before proceeding:
ALWAYS keep a nandroid backup in case you screw anything!!!
Backup your apps by any backup program like Titanium Backup!!
- Make sure you are on a rooted ICS-ROM or JB-ROM with CWM recovery and brickfree kernel installed.
- Copy GloryROM to your ExtSDCard.
- Boot to recovery mode.
- Do all three wipes (full wipe, cache wipe, dalvik cache wipe)*
- Format /system, Format /data, Format /preload*
- Flash GloryROM and wait till finish*
- Once boot into ROM, update SuperSU binaries if needed.. Enjoy
* It is better to do the mentioned step twice to ensure there will be no leftovers of the old ROM!!!

December 2013 major update package
Since it is requested by many users, I will share my current running ROM on my device with you guys
This is only an update package to my old GloryROM v4.5 LSB firmware that includes almost all mods guides incorporated that I wrote until now.
This is the same LSB version but with all features that I wrote on my guides.. Please don't expect me to create new ROM from newer firmware since this needs a lot of time to incorporate all mods from beginning and I am very busy preparing for my final year board certification exam. :crying:
If you want to test all mods I created, please try the update package under your responsibility..

How:
- Make backup of your existing ROM.
- Install GloryROM v4.5 from OP if you are currently on different ROM (follow installation steps in OP)
- Install the update package from CWM
- After booting complete, open titanium backup --> manipulate data --> wipe data for user & system app --> delete the data of settings storage, then reboot for the new database in settings.db to load.
If you don't have titanium backup, then you need to do full data wipe.!!

N.B: There are still languages that shown as English language during doing a call.. That's because of lacking of corresponding values strings in SecPhone.apk itself..!! It needs adding new values to do that; but anyhow this is what I have from official ROMs till now!!

Those who want to install kmokhtar79 themes for 23-toggles and keep Arabic support, just extract the theme and take Lidroid-res.apk from system\framework directory, then open 23-toggles themer.zip attached bellow and open it and put Lidroid-res.apk in system\framework directory then put the modified zip file into your ExSdCard and flash via CWM... please don't forget to visit kmokhtar79 original thread and press the THANKS button to support him

I put all necessary tweaks for that, but I have to told you that in general odexed is smother than deodexed by negligible amount that you may never notice!!

what's the best to improve games performance? without flashing by cwm
Sorry im not a gamer so i have no idea.
without flashing is not supported by the most,but you can extract them and copy the files with rootexplorer to system with right permission.or maybe u can use flashgaordon for that.

can i flash the cwm from flashgordon? having a locked bootloader
or is there a OverClocked kernel for stock 4.1.2 for e610? and is possible to flash it via flashgordon?
i dont know,but its better to do this with terminal emulator,its safer.
Here is guide for this,but its for L5 e610/612.....no garanty for other phones.
for this extract the zipfile from cwm,now you have a boot.img file,this copy to your internel sd card,not in a folder.
now open terminal emulator and write su and than enter,wait until superuser is granted.
now type following text
dd if=/sdcard/recovery.img of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p17
now enter again,its flashed in 2 seconds,when done type reboot recovery and press enter,done.
your phone boots into cwm.
for kernel is no problem after this!!!
No garanty for working right without open bootloader.

you would need to know what block your boot.img is on. and make sure the boot.img is for your device.
