try this
try rebooting your phone, then immediately open that app
have you got the latest update for your phone? or latest firmware?

I am S-On with 144 so the firmware is still the original firmware.
I will try rebooting and immediately openning that app and try that.

Maybe clear cache and data from app settings will help?
Hey guys, is there anyway to stop this message from popping up every 10 minutes?

The issue is if I select do not show this message again and hit cancel, the selection doesn't stick and it will pop up again. If I select ok, it switches to global mode and I won't connect to 4g unless I manually switch back. It's pretty annoying. Thanks for the help
Oh and I'm rooted so maybe there is a file I can turn this off in?
Anyone?

What network are you using the X on?
You have a few ways to fix this, but in a nut shell, you just need to manually set your network to what you are using.
Anybody knows how can I remove this annoying and irritating black bar with this add which appears on my screen every few minutes ???...

Try these options. Although I must confess, I don't recall my device going quiet when I pick it up.
