Over the past few weeks my battery life on my AT&T note 3 has gotten awful. It used to last me all day and I couldn't kill it if I tried. The last few weeks I noticed it was dying in the evenings and in the last two days I've had to recharge it by 3pm.
I haven't installed any new apps or changed any settings.. below are some screenshots. Any ideas what I can do??
Anyone?

Everyone who install this app please feedback your battery file improve?
4 days for learning mode today my xv enter to BatteryGuru on I will feedback my bettary life improve or not.
I had it installed a while back on my t, I waited for the learning period, afterwards I found more battery drain than before. I didn't think it was worth it.

I didn't notice any difference of battery life so I uninstalled it after a couple of days
Yeah I had it installed for about 3 weeks, and saw no significant change, so just uninstalled it
I used for around 2 weeks and noticed that was the cause of my battery drain. Not sure why for some it works well and doesn't for others.

I also used.it for a few days but it kept my phone awake... So it wasnt really saving me any battery.

Had it for few weeks, no noticeable change at all, actually I think it was draining some extra battery in learning mode which took almost 1week lol, its not worth it

There is no way in hell you are getting 10 hours of screen on time per charge...
Maybe it was just a glitch but i spent 3 hours on phone with screen on fully and it went to 70% so i just expected 10=100

I doubt it was a glitch. That's not actually altogether uncommon, depending on your usage patterns. On the other hand, trying to extrapolate that out to ten hours of usage is kind of silly: batteries drain at different rates over different charge periods (particularly the first 10% and the last 20%), and it's unlikely your usage is going to stay constant the whole way through.
Yea ur right. I was just wondering if anyone else was experiencing awsome battery life

I just got my note3 on Friday and right out of the box the battery seemed way better than my s3. But after 2 days of using it stock and battery life seemed a little low at 3 1/2 hours screen time, I decided to root it and debloat all at&t and Samsung junk and battery doesn't seem to be much better even with greenify and power save on. Does anyone have suggestions to make the battery life closer to 6 hours screen time like I've been reading everywhere.?

My battery got to about 6 hours screen on time after I installed dynamic rom. The best I had was just over 6 hours screen on with a total up time of 1 and a half days.
Edit: currently I'm at 22% after 15.5 hours with 5 hours and 45 minutes screen on time.
I don't want to get to far away from stock. I just want to have "normal" battery life. I checked a few reviews out and almost all of them said they had over 6 hours screen time.

I would say it may be doable stock but it seems pretty optimistic to me. I guess you could turn brightness all the way down and turn on battery saver and other things but that makes the phone a bit harder to use and less enjoyable imo
Yea that's true I'll just wait for my zerolemon to get here :good:

So my dilemma is battery drain. Out of know where my phone dies in about 7hrs. I restarted, recalibrate, numerous battery pulls and it been going on for a week. Here's some screen shots. I'm on knoxraid 5.1 still :-/

How long have you had the rom? If you recently flashed then you need to let it sit for a day for the rom to settle. Learned that with the Dynamic Kat ROM.
If not, open the battery graph and check your wake time vs screen on time. A friend of mine had this issue on his S4 a while back. Clearing the cache and rebooting the phone worked for me. Worst case is you reflash the ROM.

That really sounds like a bit of voodoo. A ROM doesn't need to "settle" with regard to power usage.
Hey, that's what I was told in the DK thread, they said to let the rom settle for a couple of days. The first day I flashed the rom I was getting 4 hours of screen on time, three days later I started getting 6 hours of s.o.t. They had an explanation as to why this occurs but I forget what they said.
If you don't trust that, try recalibrating the rom by downloading an app that deletes the battery stats file.

I have heard that ROMs need time to settle many times. That is a myth. Resetting battery stats does nothing except erase battery stats. There is no calibration.
On your battery settings click on the graph this time. See how your network connection is. Could be an issue where you lose your connection and the phone consumes the battery searching for a network connection.
Also did you add anything new lately like an app or an email account?

Something's running keeping your phone awake. Try Wakelock detector to track that down. Also try the carrier iq thread idk what it does seems it fixed stuff for people and made their phone sleep better. Most of the time it's an app. I dont use greenify but people use it to hibernate user apps that run in background.

I've had the rom for months with no issues. All of a sudden battery drain. It was a Google service of some sort. I flashed firenote mj5 and the battery life is way better.

Hey mate, sorry to hear you are getting worse battery life. Are you using anything from your normal? Check out my guide and see if anything helps. Below are my stats currently. I can only see you still have your alarm on, this can cause a slight lose.
Mine hasn't ever lasted as long as your day and a half, maybe it is just leveling out? A few days ago I recalibrated my battery, maybe that would help?

Try shutting it off ( hold the off button on right side) the turning it back on . Reboot, I had an unexplained battery issue and this fixed it, I can get 3-4 days now.
Any update @gainstatom?

My battery is either good or bad. Right now it's fine and going good. But sometimes I think something makes my battery worse. I will keep updating with screenshot. I think 8% for only minute on screen time is not that good.

Yeah that's great! You can install better battery stats here on xda to see if you are getting any wake locks etc. Greenify plus xposed will do this also, but bbs has more info

I had a battery problem similar to yours not long ago. One of the things that was running it down was in Settings> Wi-Fi> Always allow scanning. The phone would scan for Wi-Fi signal even when Wi-Fi was turned off. Unchecking that box helped a lot.
I also used a battery calibration app that clears the battery stats and that has pretty well fixed the problem.
