HTC soft bricked

Hello,
I would really approciate if someone could help me
I have change CID to HTC__032 from T-MOB101 and flashed stock ( x.xx.401.x - World Wide English (WWE) and now I'm not able to flash europe RUU (RUU_M7_UL_JB_50_HTC_Europe_1.28.401.7_Radio_4A.13.3231.27_10.31.1131.05_release_310878_signed). It still stops with message problem with signature or bootloader wrong version
I did relock bootloader before i was trying to flash RUU. And now it's even worse the phone is stuck on the htc logo ( i'm not able to do s-off, nothing
Please someone help me

As I know, this phone for Taiwan,
I installed the firmware is not suitable for him:
PN07IMG_M7C_DWG_JB_50_S1_HTCCN_CHS_CT_2.17.1401.2_Radio_1237.20.28.0614_NV_CT_3.23_001___release_324898_signed_2.zip - 982,20 МВ
This firmware for 802d but for Chinese model, for other CID
After install this firmware, phone after downloading and all the welcome screen appears the following screen (photo) and after a couple of minutes - Reboot
please help to find the right firmware(ROM) for my phone ...

S-ON? you need to be S-OFFed to flash any type of firmware... Next time do a check before you flash any firmware. Your phone could be screwed but try S-OFF and flash a new firmware.

Need help with CID and stock recovery

I downloaded the 6.16.651.2 RUU and installed it on my Sprint M7 and I was wondering if there is anyway for me to get a backup or download the stock recovery before I flash TWRP. I was also wondering what the CID should be? I am worried that I have put the wrong CID into my phone. I had s-off but I turned it back on after I changed the CID.

HTC One M7 DualSIM Stock ROM Backup

Hi all,
I'm looking for original ROM backup. I have received OTA update, but for some reason my phone didn't boot after install. My phone is S-ON and I'm having problem with getting S-OFF so I can't flash RUU (or can I?). I forced phone to boot using some Android 4.4.3 backup for EU version. But I have Nordic version and when I try to run some updates, they fail.
So I'm looking for stock Nordic ROM backup
M7 DualSIM
M7CDUG
CID: HTC__032
HBOOT 2.49
ROM version 7.17.402.15
Can anyone help me?

Got problem here. Got my phone 2 days ago with Sprint I think. Then I decided to change to other, so Ive download RUU from htc1guru.
RUU Zip M7 U JB 50 HTC Europe 1.29.401.2 R Radio 4A.14.3250.13 10.33.1150.01 Release 311663 Signed 2 4 Decrypted
my CID : 11111111
my MID : PN0710000
S-Off and Relocked
flash the RUU using ADB fastboot, success then it went to bootloop. Non stop bootloop, no recovery.
Any tips, solution to settle this

You can't convert a M7WLS (sprint) HTC One to another version. This variant doesn't have the same partition layout and same radio. The only thing you can do is to relfash a Sprint RUU to get it working again, then after you can flash a Sprint custom rom using a Sprint custom recovery.... everything must be made for the sprint variant.
You can still sim-unlock it so it can be used on GSM network but you won't get full connectivity because of the different radio. Forget about LTE if you're not on the sprint network.
In general if the 5th character from the left of your MID is different than the one listed for the RUU, it is not compatible.
i.e
Sprint: PN0720000
can not be converted to
WWE: PN0710000
WWE: PN0710000
can be converted to
GPE/DEV edition: PN0712000
So revert your MID to sprint, and while you are at it, better to revert your CID to sprint (supercid on sprint variant is totally useless since you can only flash sprint RUU/firmware on it and those RUU/firmware will all have the same CID: SPCS_001), then flash a sprint RUU.
