Is there a screen recording app that will record a video as your watching it, I have screencast but it won't record the video that's playing on the screen

Anybody have any issues with the Netflix app? All I get is sound and no image, if I fast forward I see images but then it black screens with only sound

Ever since I switched from the note 2 my Netflix audio has been out of sync with the video, it's driving me crazy. It doesn't matter what wifi network I'm on, or LTE.
Also I can't play play store movies on this phone, just get the 806 error.
I think this is the worst multimedia phone I've ever had (though it might just be my device).
