Do the back to stock tutorial then upgrade to v9 and you can brute force root with stumproot

U can download the 641mb zv6 file, search it u will find it for ur phone. u have to flash it three times with adb sideload. And u r gonna b on kitkat.

search on the net for sideload with adb tutorial you are gonna find alot. no big deal.

I've rooted all my phones since 2012 with this APK
It worked on my G2 , G3 and now my recently purchased G Flex :good:
After you root the device you have to flash a twrp image recovery using flashify(that's how i've done it)
Thanks for the follow-up. I'm now on the V10. LOL and gave up on the Flex as it seems LG had no intentions for future support. I hope that trend doesn't come with the V10.
