Installation Notes
Make sure you do a full wipe before installing. You can flash a custom kernel after, but make sure you wipe the cache. If you want to add back any of the removed apps , you can find them in the 2nd post

Removed Apps Unzip and place the apks you want inside the ROM zip, or just install using a file manager such as Astro
Battery with 1% Increments Just flash through recovery. Wipe cache if it doesn't work

Choose zip from SDcard
Select ROM’s file -> Yes
After install reboot.

if you can open rom zip file then file is download successfullyy..

There is your answer then. If the extract doesnt work on ur pc then obviously it will nt work on ur phone. Try anthr brwsr to download d rom.

Tried different browsers... always files are corrupted, seems the upload failed

i have the same problem 5x download and nothing bad file

I personally havent tried this rom bt if multiple people are facing this issue then the upload might be corrupt after all. Wait for OP to respond else drop him a PM.

Custom transition animations!

You guys will be well known of the app called "ZipThemer". Its available in the playstore for free. We can actually change the transition animations in our mini with a few simple steps using ZipThemer.!! ( Its a year old technique i just found it a day before.. )
Here we go !!!
What we need..
1. ZipThemer( download the app from playstore)
2.Ani_xx.zips ( download from the attachments,try the flyflip,the transition looks cool on our mini!!:highfive
How to use zipthemer..
1. Move the Ani_xx.zip to the /sdcard/zipthemer folder.
2.Open ZipThemer, Click on the menu button, then click on Update Edify.
3.Click Browse and find a zip on your sd card (theme, rom, etc) that you have used before and click on Configure. If it fails just try another zip till you get a popup that says "success".
4.After you get "success",press the back button and select +Theme button, then choose the Ani_xx.zip from /sdcard/zipthemer folder.
5.Press the Build it! button,it will then ask whether to create an undo file, select yes and wait.
6.When it completes go to cwm and flash the Ani_xx-update.zip and reboot.
7.Now you can enjoy your new transitions !!!:good:
Note: Incase something went wrong or you want to go back to your default transition,go to cwm and flash the Ani_xx-undo.zip.
(Tested on my mini running gb rom,and it looks good ,but it should work on every rom. Last but not the least, do it at your own risk)

PA 4+ UPDATES DO NOT NEED A FACTORY RESET.
HE GUYS I HAVE PORTED PAPANOID ANDROID FROM P500 AND IT BOOTS WELL NO PROBS IN THAT
INEED SOME HELP WITH THE ERROR "UN KNOWN BASEBAND" THATS WHAT CAUSING PROBLEM OF RI L WIFI AND OTHER STUFFS TOO

Cyanopop ROM for GT-S7392

Hi Guys....
This is a custom ROM (stock based) for GT-S7392 by me...
I have tested it myself.
PRE-REQUISITES
1. Download the file from the link.
2. Place it in the external sd card (depends on your recovery type)
3. Format /data and /system
4. Flash the file
5. Wipe cache and dalvik-cache
6. Reboot and enjoy

Just flash another rom and reboot system. After than boot, reboot recovery and instal that rom with all install instructions

I will re-flash the rom more carefuly and i will tell if will work.
EDIT: Re-flashed, but still same , the insuportable stops working

Flashed successfully....quite nice...the only error encountered yet is the battery percentage from the statusbar disappears automatically..and the PM/AM shows twice after the clock..it looks weird..!!

Very lovely work!! Hope you release more
