Learning - Xperia Z1 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I was wanting to learn how to change system backgrounds both dark and light could someone point in the right directions.
A detailed guide or something would be nice that includes all the programs etc that I would need.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Share your themed/modified launcherpro apk's please.

Many of us users may not have a compatible os to use the apk editors, or may not even be adb savvy. The themes I see on xda are great but the method for applying are not very user friendly imo. It would be nice if those that are good with themeing can share their apks for download. It would be greatly appreciated.

Not very user friendly? ..
If you think applying a modded LauncherPro is hard, and not very user friendly I suggest you actually try reading up on the subject.
I made this post earlier. Try it out. It's not hard at all.

I never messed with xml's to much, I was also trying to figure out what was what. We had a couple of guys around that were awesome at editing those files. I think your best bet would be trial and error as there are so many items inside an xml, but I think the description should be the same throughout all xml's.

[REQUEST]Can someone use these pictures to create a Froyo WidgetLocker theme?

Could someone use these with either a transparent or black background for a WidgetLocker theme using the FroYo sliders as the basis for this?
Thanks in advance

(Q) How to get other Colours?

Hey guys,
Short question.
Is there a way to change the Theme colours?
For example.
I use right now the Theme Sunny and the orange is no really a dark orange, like it was in FW 4.1, it's more a bright orange.
Also the other Colours are like this bright.
How can I change it?

You can pull the themes via ADB, decompile it, edit the needed files, compile it again. And push it back to the System
However for the last part you need a rooted phone

Not much i can do sinc3 im not a person with alot of knowledge of samsung framework. But your probably going to have to decompile the framework res apk. Or the settings apk. Im not quite sure wich one it is than you have to find the right xml that contains the letter colors than change them to white color code.

I'm sure there has to be an exposed app out there that will let you do that if someone could just give the name of one I would really appreciate it thank you very much

There won't be an xposed app for this. You have to decompile either framework-res or settings app with apktool then recompile
You can use exposed app xblast tools under visual tweaks then holo theme and primary text color will allow you to change that to white hope this helps
