[Q] Camera issue - HTC Sensation XL

Hi guys, i have problem with my camera, it is not autofocusing at all, i was on 4.0.3 and i was thinking that is the problem and then i downgraded on 2.3.6 but the damn camera is still the same...Please help this is so anoying

Hello, few months ago, I've installed a custom ROM on my N7000 and before I do that, the front camera was working just fine, but after I installed CM 11, it stopped working ever since, I then changed ROM to AICP and no avail, then I flashed back to Stock ICS 4.1.2 and also didn't work, what should I do? Is it a hardware defect? Or just about Kernel, ROM, Software stuff? Help will be much appreciated.
