Hey all, im currently running rooted Jelly bean on my 9070P, with few stock apps removed, but im still looking way to improve battery life and overall speed ot the device.
CoCore-E-6.0 was in my sights, but are there other mods to consider, which dont cripple anything (losing NFC ability is currently tolerable).
Of course the kernel must be compatible with P version, but as i heard, they all pretty much are, without the risk of bricking the phone?
Thanks.
Afaik there are no custom 4.1 kernels that are specifically for i9070p... i have cokernel e 6.0 and its working quite good.

Can you please elaborate on "quite good", what isnt working, what is worse than stock? Did you use TWRP?
I use CWM and everything except nfc doesnt work... otherwise its exactly like on the i9070 everything
is smooth and snappy... I can last a whole day with one charge what is quite good for my usage.

I hope you meant everything besides NFC does work
If you say it can last a day with one charge on your usage, how much did it last with stock JB?
About a day too... yes everything except nfc works...

Thanks Destroyedbeauty for your help but I already fixed because I downloaded another Stock .253 from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2240614. and it works. I choose .253 though. I dont know why those 3 ftf dont work for my xperia z. I use those to upgrade and root. Can I go to the latest .244 from .253?
I already on .244 I only needed to flash the stock kernel 700+mb file and finish rooting it. problem solved
Can anyone tell me where can i find sony's stock back up and restore app ..i have backed up many applications and my data ...i have installed sirius rom .back up restore is not present in that rom ...pls help me
Pretty sure its a JB app rather than xperia specific. Try this:

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2623766
Here, but it is only for JB 4.2.2 and 4.3 I don't know if you installed XperianZe or PureXperience Sirius.

Well, that's weird... It's present on the Dutch list
I think it could be both hardware and software, flashtool indeed is a good way to find out

Go back to stock with the Sony tool "Emma". Google for it.
It will do a complete and absolute factory reset. Absolutely complete!
Then flash Lollipop again. This should help.

thx. i'll try it. i've just noticed that this problem is on stock too, but not so critically. when 4g should change to 3g phone doesnt detect sim ~ 20 seconds, then everything is ok, no reboots. so maybe its hardware problem?
and what if i flash stock baseband on cm via flashtool? wont i get a bootloop or softbrick or smth..?

I don't have this problem, maybe it depends on the network frequencies, that's my only idea. What carrier do you use?
