Thats not that good then is there any kind of mod that will alow you to use the same live Wallpaper as your wallpaper on home launcher
You can use live wallpaper with xposed and gravity box, also you will need to download GEM module and with some settings make live wallpaper posible on aosp lockscreen, its really nice, im using it.
Ok whats the setting called I already have gem xposed an gravity and can it be used on stock sony lockscreen not aosp
Ive done it through gem now it needed an update but I wanted live wallpaper on stock lockscreen and if that cant be done then is there a way to have a different live wallpaper on aosp lockscreen compared to the one on xperia home

Hi... anyone running one of the variants of the Google Edition can help me with my lockscreen wallpaper... I can only change my lockscreen and regular wallpaper together... meaning I can't have two different images. I tried both stock launcher and Nova launcher but still nothing. Every combination... still when I change one, the other changes.
Maybe there is no way to do it.

There's no way to do this in stock Android. However, you can get a lock screen replacement app that lets you change the lock screen wallpaper.

Kinda of a workaround... using Multi Wallpaper Live app. Let's use set a different wallpaper on the lockscreen vs home. Just can't use live wallpapers.

In Sony Xperia Z, to change lockscreen wallpaper you should go to settings>personalization>lockscreen and then choose xperia wallpapers or picture from album app. You can't go to album app and choose image for lockscreen wallpaper. The problem is I'm using QuickPic app and I want to delete stock album app. But because of this, I can't.
Is there any mod to make choosing lockscreen wallpaper similar to homescreen wallpaper?
Can someone make this mod?

yeah would llove to see this.. some way to set lockscreen wallpaper from the app itself. its a pain really.

Is there a simple way of changing some of the stock Xperia icons (diaper, messaging etc.) without resorting to rooting or a different launcher? Rather than mess with Nova I'd rather just change 3-4 icons on the Xperia launcher and be done with it. Not sure if an icon editing app like Beautiful Icon Styler works with Xperia or not (and it sounds like Lollipop will break it anyway)

The sparkle or particles effect only available when having xperia wallpaper and Xperia theme. It's not there if I change the homescreen wallpaper even though on Xperia Theme and Xperia lockscreen wallpaper. Is there a way to get it back without -- changing the firmware, downgrading, changing back to default xperia wallpaper?

it will only work if you apply a xperia theme and dont change the wallpapers
Is there a way to change the Lockscreen wallpaper? I downloaded widget locker but it keeps force closing when I try to change the wallpaper from there. Also is there a way to make led notifications when there's a text or email without root?

Do you have to be rooted to use that
Should off specified that but yes root is required.
I am using MultiPicture Live Wallpaper. No root is required. It changes normal wallpaper and lockscreen wallpaper and can also be set to rotate photos from several directories.

Did you Google search a modded stock launcher with this feature? If you know how you can use apktool to decompile the apk (don't know what the edit would be) then recompile and side load it to your device.

And I downloaded widget locker but it keeps force closing
I think Widget locker hasn't been updated for a good while so more likely it's not supporting newer versions of Android.

This confused me too at first, as I switched to a custom launcher.
If you choose your wallpaper from the google now launcher thumbnail in wallpaper settings, you'll have the option to apply to homescreen, lockscreen, or both.
