If it is possible at all, development would most likely take longer than official 4.3 to arrive.. We simply have to wait.. :/

You can use any Rom that is based on a stock firmware and kernel.
Make sure you have cwm recovery to flash Rom

i heard you need to be on stock based firmware to install the recovery,
but you can flash on other roms and manually flash the kernel or something like that
im not too sure,

BL is already unlockable, one unlocked u lose all DRM, there is no need for exploit.
Root was needed just to push the recovery to the stock kernel.
And CM uses a completely different kernel than the stock and the only way to flash it by unlocked BL

Exactly. I'm not sure of the chances that non-unlockable devices will become unlockable. If I said any amount if time I'd be making it up :/
One of the devs said that Sony bootloaders are locked up tight though...

Ask in the Xposed thread. The developer posts there, so no doubt he will be able to assist you faster than anyone here.

Even if it's deodexed it doesn't seem to work, my Z is in the lastest firmware (>Android 4.3 Sony(tm) edition, rooted, CMW installed, deodexed and it just doesn't work at all
So maybe a fix in some time?
