You have insanely fast 3g if it's almost done. And no it won't boot.

No boot here either. Thank god for nandriod backups.

No boot for me. Stuck on white HTC Incredible screen. Hboot .92, wiped system, boot, data, cache, dalvik. No dice.

Damn, was really looking forward to waking up and downloading this morning. Sucks that it wont boot. Wonder what is letting it boot on some people's phones and not others.

I got it to boot for me but I had to wipe the boot data in the mounts screen on CWM3

For those having boot issues, try mounting system in "mounts and storage" before flashing and after wiping.
If all else fails, after flashing, go into "Advanced" and "report error". Send me the recovery.log inside the clockworkmod folder on your sdcard.
Sorry guys, it's gotta be something about the script.

So far I've done two clean flashes, and flashed gapps afterwards. Yet still no option to set up exchange activesync account on my phone. Any ideas?

The best JB ROM I've used so far. I think using Zeam makes a huge difference to the Nexus S !! Thanks for the great work.

No ActiveSync option is strange. I didnt do anything special but the usual and everything is functional for me including exchange activesync.
1. Wipe Data (I was coming from a different ROM)
2. Wipe cache
3. Wipe /system
4. Wipe /Boot.
5. Install Green Bean followed by gapps.

I don't understand two things :
1. Thalamus kernel is the best kernel for this rom ? If yes , it is included in this rom or i have to install after GREENBEAN1.1NS.zip?
2. I have to install gapps or GreenBean1.1NS.zip includes magazines,books,audio,video.apk ?

Sorry, I should've made it more clear.
This rom comes with stock kernel. I am running some others to see what will work best for next update and so far _thalamus seems smoothest.
I only added PlayStore and Gmail into rom, If you want the other GAPPS download the GAPPS.zip

What is addon.d?
On some ROMs, like Cyanogenmod, there are scripts in /system/addon.d that run during a ROM update or flash. They can backup and restore system apps (like Gapps), or perform many other functions. This mod includes an addon.d script, so the mod is not lost during a ROM update! If your ROM doesn't support addon.d, this mod should still flash properly, but you won't benefit from addon.d.
Tested and Confirmed to work on:
CyanogenMod 10
EOS 3 (thanks Mjamocha!)
It should work on any AOSP based Android 4 - 4.1 ROM. Let us know if it works! Since 4.2 was changed to be this way by default, there should be no need for this mod on AOSP based 4.2 ROMs.

It works on EOS3 Stingray.

I see them now. Yeah, the settings page in the phablet UI shows in phone mode, one stretched out list, not tablet style.

Much faster, the bar is a lot bigger so the soft keys aren't so small and difficult to tap and it is just overall less glitchy, with the other mod, my Xoom restarted every time I held the power button, with yours everything works just fine. Thank you so much.
Oh and the keyboard is so much bigger and better to type on, it seems the other one makes the screen size feel smaller so it all is very much wasting screen real estate.
Telling you guys, this version works amazing on EOS 3 146, it works without making it glitchy and the soft keys are just right. The other mod just doesn't compare to this one really.

Edit: Seems to be one issue idk if this noticed or normal or what but id like to share, it seems that on the homescreen mode it will not rotate, on apps it will though, otherwise it works brilliantly.

In CM10, the default launcher has an auto-rotate setting. Not sure how EOS 3 is setup. You could always use Nova.

Problem, majority of apps on Playstore read the device differently so I can't upload anything not even to the newest Netflix

The appstore reads the tablet as a different device so when I go to the store I cannot update or download some apps, including Netflix. It just says the device is not compatible with my device.

In my 5 minutes using this mod, my xoom seemed very slow and sluggish. Running Eos nightly 146, by the way

Updated zips. It now also puts a script in /system/addon.d, so you don't have to flash this mod again after every ROM update (assuming your ROM supports addon.d scripts. CM does)!

I flashed it on cna 3.6.6 and works perfectly, because it separates Navigation and notification bar a lot of settings that didn't work before now they do.

It's not booting for me. did a full wipe. data/system/cache. flashed rom. its just a blackscreen

My s2 is stucked at boot. I didn't see boot logo n boot animation.

Link's broken. Wanted to test.

OP, the previous ROM that you uploaded was corrupted...downloaded twice to make sure but yeah, bad upload...next time when you do not have a device, please ask for testers first...and add a "WIP" or "ALPHA" header in the thread title to avoid confusion...
So guys, out of boredom and curiosity, I decided to give this ROM a go (taking a break from BL...)...I have repacked the whole ROM package and viola, a working Avatar port!
First, some reviews from me...
Right after your first boot, you will immediately be greeted by the denim theme and Bazooka launcher (very similar to Trebuchet, but with options to set different transition animations)
Hmmm...a very complete port of the MIUI denim theme...
And as promoted in the first post, yeah, the messaging threads are also themed, and changes according to theme...
Frequent MIUI users should be familiar with this lockscreen...the lockscreen is changed when a theme is applied...
The power widgets from 4.2 are ported to this ROM although it is 4.1.2 based...
The theme chooser has an integrated online respiratory of themes...as you can see, many are originally MIUI themes...
Apart from the eye candies, functionality-wise is very similar to CM10...
As stated in the first post, the updater is directed to Avatar ROM's server, same goes to the statistics...
Try tapping "Avatar version" for 7 times quickly...you will get a surprise...
Bugs:
The search bar is always persistent, won't go away even though it is unchecked in launcher settings...
Conclusion:
This ROM is suitable for those who are fond of eye candies, but in other aspects, it is like a CM10 ROM...Hopefully this ROM will come up with better updates in the future......p.s., since this ROM is CM10 based, are the sources published in Git Hub? Compiling this ROM for I9100G will be better than porting it...
So...after my lengthy review above, here is the main part, trying out the ROM!
Instructions:
1. Ensure you have ICS bootloader and CWM recovery.
2. Wipe data partition (factory reset).
3. Flash the zip package.
4. Flash the gapps package.
5. Fix permissions (IMPORTANT STEP!!!)
6. Reboot and you are done! (NOTE: First reboot takes some time)
**Always remember to make a backup before flashing a new ROM!

Thanks Ryuinferno. Glad that you ported the ROM and it is working.
We have fixed the persistent search bar bug. Bazooka launcher in playstore has the fix and it will be part of ROM in next update.
Now that you have noticed the avatarrom logo after tapping on the version for 7 times, scratch one or two times for a cool animation.

I'll have to use a diff. base it seems; I thought I'd be able to use prebuilt CM11 but it looks like that won't be an option; I'll build from source and re-up once my VMware box is free.
