Hi,
xperia Z1 compact is soon out and as I understood it´s the same hardware/software as the Z1 just 'smaller'. So if that´s true, then every xperia Z1 software, app and mod is gonna run on it right? That means I can download any mod (CM11 for xperia Z1) and without killing my z1 compact the stuff will run well? Or is that not how it works?
Still nobody an idea? As I heard the phone is already out.

Agree, the specification are similar but the phone is not the same so I will wait until CM11 come out for Compact.

I looked at the build.prop of the AX dump and noticed that the model number was LT29i. Thats the TX model number. Interesting...
Unless there's something I'm missing.

According to GSMArena, the Xperia AX is also known as the Xperia V.

When I originally downloaded the system dump the build.prop said LT29i. Obviously this isn't the Xperia TX, so it's confusing.

I was running KA07.1 Xperia Z Revolution ROM with no problems until the weekend when my camera inexplicably stopped. When I start the camera I get: error camera not available. I have seen a few people have had this error but I am yet for find a solution.
I have wiped and reflashed KA07.1 and also wiped and reflashed using the flashtool-0.9.11.0 with C6603_10.1.A.434_AU_Unbranded and I have used PC companion to update C6603_10.1.A.434_AU_Unbranded to the latest Australian firmware 10.1.1.A.1.253 to no avail.
Is my camera dead? Do I need to warranty return or has someone got a solution?

If after flashing a officiall ftf its not working its essentially a hardware problem

After every flash everything seems to be working but camera still gives the same error. Seems more and more like its a hardware error. I bought it from Kogan. Do people think it will be easier to return to Kogan or to deal directly with Sony?
Well as randomly as my camera stopped it started working again today... the question is for how long will it continue to work?

I have an Xperia V , with Supersport Custom ROM, Jelly bean 4.1.2, and I wanted to know wheter it's possible to have apps as SMS, contact, phone, and mainly the Xperia Home laucher ?
Because I've backup these apps from 4.3 stock ROM but these are not compatible..

These apps usually need to be ported. You can search if there are some which had been ported. I also remember some ports from the Z which are quite similar to 4.3. Try if there is something http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2335530 .

Actually, 4.2.2 ported from Z1 is pretty similar to 4.3. It is online as Pure-X-Blaster.
