New some help ( wifi network related) - Off-topic

I have a usb wireless antenna that im using in to pull free wifi from hotspots.
I have a netgear router as well,is it possible to use a laptop as a gateway/bridge and use the router to access internet in the rest of my house?

You mean sharing your network using your pc as router? You can use Connectify (Google it. I'm lazy)

Internet Connection Sharing on Softbank X03HT

Is it possible to use Japanese Softbank X03HT as a modem (USB or Bluetooth) by connecting it to notebook or PDA?!
I can use mobile internet on device itself, but I need it as a modem also while I am out of the office with my notebook.
So... There is no Internet sharing function in X03HT ?

What ^ said. You also will need the drivers for the phone installed, usually plug it in, let active sync connect up. Then run ICS on the phone and it will switch over and off you go.

WiFi connects but no Internet

I'm using O2X on MCR FR19 Fear Kill 12.4 with 2.6.32.9-Neoblaze 120811 Kernel and 1035.21_20110725 Baseband.
Iv bought WiFi Router and connected to that without any problem. But no internet sharing is working.
P.S - Tested connecting WiFi with laptop and it works.
What can be the problem ?

No packets sent via tethering

Hi, i have a little issue with my connection through phone. When im connected there are almost no issues but while using discord i have breaks in conversation similar to dc and WoT works normally until just straight up massive lag for 30-60s leading to dc. I think that may be related to no packets under PING command.

Hotspot doesn't work on mobile data

Rooted Pixel 5 running TQ1A.230205 on Verizon unlimited plan. I'm able to turn hotspot on while connected to WiFi. If I disconnect from WiFi and attempt to turn on the hotspot, I get this message:

I've been round and round with customer service, who has been no help.
Can anyone else confirm theirs works?
Aaaand now it's working...Murphy's Law is to blame, I imagine.
Update: Turns out it only wants to work when WiFi is connected. This seems rather counterintuitive because if I have an available WiFi network, I wouldn't be using the hotspot.
