I have Samsung Galaxy Tab GT-P1000, running [ROM]SGT7 CM11.0 UNOFFICIAL [4.4.2][P1/L/N][Kernel 3.0.x][build 20140112].
My Tab's battery drains rapidly when I turn on WiFi Hotspot. Otherwise battery performance is good.
Please suggest whats the problem and solution if any.

Now my battery is draining very fast how can I stop this wat can I do to fix this problem. Just browsing texting it goes fast.
Try to find out which app is keeping the phone awake.
BetterBatteryStats is very helpful, you can find it here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1179809
Try recalibrating the battery. Also, if it's an old one and you've been using it for a long time, maybe you should consider replacing it.
Hi! I recently adquired the O4x and have been using it with my sony smartwatch 2 on bluetooth.
However i have noticed that the bluetooth on this device drains the battery much more than on my previous device, the Samsung S2 LTE.
If I connect the smartwatch in the morning i usualy get like 60% of battery left by lunch whereas on the S2 LTE I would still have around 80%...
I have tried disabling the bluetooth visability but battery usage remains the same.
Also, i'm on rooted stock 4.0.3 rigth now. Do you think I should upgrade to 4.1.2 ? I´m asking because I read that the O4x gets very laggy and with low RAM after update... I dont want to flash any roms yet...
Thanks

AFAIK it will only get better if you upgrade to 4.3 or further, because there's Low Energy Bluetooth that uses considerably less battery (as I've read, I don't own any Bluetooth component to try it).
Hi all! I have a galaxy s3 LTE! I flashed the Galaxy Project v19.01 KitKat 4.4.2! When the phone turned on! I saw display glitches and problems on my screen! I flashed stock 4.3! When the phone is charged (more than 20%) is works okay! But when the battery decreses to less than 20% I get the same problem display problems and then the phone shut down and wont turn on only when plugged into the charger! Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance
Maybe that isn't connected with the rom itself but your battery worn out coincidentally with the rom changing.
If you have a chance, try other battery (from friend, family).

Just a note to say that I have a similar problem. I wondered if calendar reminders were keeping the screen on.

Hi,
I have 2 problems with my Galaxy Tab 2 which I hope I could somehow fix with a FW adjustment.
As with many others, the WiFi on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 no longer works properly and can no longer be switched on when the tablet is switched off and on again. If the tablet runs out because the battery has run out (0% battery), WiFi will work again after the restart.
In addition, the battery is drained very quickly. I even bought and installed a new battery for this. But I have the same problem there. Overnight, the battery tends to lose about 50% of its capacity even though the tablet is lying around in idle.
That is why I can only use the tablet when it is plugged in because the battery is constantly empty and I cannot switch it off because otherwise the WiFi will no longer work.
A hardware defect would behave differently, wouldn't it?
I tried:
Downloaded the last available FW version of the tablet from Samfirm.
I then correctly loaded the FW onto the tablet using Odin, Download Mode, etc. Unfortunately, it did not fix the problem and I still cannot activate the WLAN and the problems remain.
Edit. It's a SM T819. Sorry for the wrong title.
