First off AOSP---> stock android with no customizations
Second CM11 is used as a based off other ROMs.
If you are asking for a build of stock cm11 there's already a thread about it

I did compiled a pure AOSP 4.4. But camera doesn't work. I'm uploading it right now, I'll post that in Laufer's AOSP thread, hope he don't mind
EDIT: I think I shouldn't. It have no sound at all

The problem is I didn't cherry-pick all of your commit from 4.3 AOSP. I'll try again with your commits, but I don't know whether it'll be compatible. Is it ok if I just pick sound and bluetooth related patch since recent apps and mobile data, RIL, etc: works. Anyway, I'll build a new AOSP tomorow and if there is no sound, I'll give a logcat for you
---------- Post added at 08:28 AM ---------- Previous post was at 07:36 AM ----------
@laufersteppenwolf, on a second thought, I think providing you with a logcat and asking advice would be a better deal than messing myself with commits So, i flashed my old aosp zip quickly and make two logcats.
Here is when I tried to open music, music just force close. I think I should make changes to audioflinger, probably >> http://pastebin.com/2VEgMVEJ
Here is when I made a call and open speaker >> http://pastebin.com/2VEgMVEJ This also might be cause of audioflinger?

Do you have your used sources uploaded somewhere, as without seing the sources, it's pretty much blind guessing
But do you have THIS commit cherry-picked? It's one of the most important ones for audio to work on a tegra device

I had audio without this patch on Omni, but DSP Manager always crashed.
Regarding camera: Do you have this patch? Our camera HAL needs it, but doesn't give any usable error to know it's missing.

Well, at least on 4.3 this was definitely needed, but also should be on 4.4. At least on pure AOSP
About DSP, THIS commit should fix it, at least on NamelessROM, which got the according changes from Omni
Looking good im waiting for it

Everyone is in love with AOKP and some of the other ROMs and kernels around here, but I didn't want or need everything that was added in to them. So, being that Android is open source, I decided to make my own. If you love a lot of customization, pull down toggles, and having everything (kitchen sink included), then this probably isn't going to be the combination for you, so you can save yourself some time and just look elsewhere. My ROM is close to stock AOSP, with a few extras added in that I wanted to help with usability without being over the top. If you like the stock JB experience, but feel that it's missing just a little bit, then this combination may be for you.
To go with the ROM, I put together a mostly stock kernel as well. The kernel is based on the same source as the CM10 kernel, but I've added in a few items and removed stuff that isn't really needed for most users. The GApps are also packaged in, so only one package to flash to get everything you want.
ROM Features
Built from 4.1.2 source
Linaro Toolchain, -O3, & strict-aliasing
Reboot Options
su and Superuser
"Accurate" Battery mod and Smooth Charging
See Github for the other changes made

codeworkx & Team Hacksung because AOSP wouldn't really be functional without him
Rootzwiki for the new computer. There is no way I would have attempted this with my old computer

Yes, but you'll loose the functionality of Google Now. Same with the iPhone 4. Google Now works on the 4S and 5, but Google Maps will fail to load on all iPhone models.
In other news, I've been using this for a day, so I've tested most of the major items, but there is surely stuff I haven't done or tried yet, so please report any bugs or issues and I'll attempt to fix them.
cant wait to try this out

ok then i try to flash it now
Seems that while GPS still works for me, it is having issues and causing battery drain by randomly coming on trying to find my position. Not sure if this is from an app I have installed or not. Has anyone that has flashed it had an issue?
Also, I believe I almost have the pull-down toggles merged in. The next update will have them, and possibly fix the GPS issue if I can find where it is. Once that is settled, I'll build for P3110 and P3100 to try and get them working, and finally, build for the P51xx models.
Updated the OP with a new build, change log is in the second post
thanks

I think the only difference between P3110 and P3113 is the IR Blaster, which doesn't work anyway, so I'm thinking that it should work fine, as you found, without any real quirks. I will hopefully be finished with another project I'm working on soon, so I'll be able to put all of my P3113 changes into P3110 and P3100 and build for them then too.
Also, glad to see some more feedback and other people using the ROM. Glad people like it thus far.

I've tried a few things to try and improve the GPS but haven't succeeded

Came across the way to enable developer mode in another thread.
Settings->About Phone-> Tap on Build number 7 times. This will enable Developer options.
hope this helps!
I have updated from the last CM10 nightly. I had to update gapps as well. After the update, it seems everything works except the Terminal application, which is force closes.
- Wifi works
- Panorama works
- I had to reinstall all gapps (Gmail, Maps, Currents, etc) to solve FCs.
So far so good.

Loving the app overall, but I can't figure out how to customize the hardware keys either. As of right now, if the app doesn't include a software menu button, there's no way to press menu unless you enable the navigation bar and just deal with the redundant buttons.

I've been using for a about a week, and I like it so far overall...One issue I'm having however, is that every time I leave wifi, I have to toggle airplane mode to get me 3g/4g to kick in. Don't know what's causing that?

That's the exact opposite to most of the feedback we got about it, things are in their logical places.. Display stuff is under display... Navigation stuff under Navigation, I personally see no reason for things to be split off, it makes things less intuitive when you have 2 sets of display settings etc.

Roms built using the ArchiDroid Optimisations
Disclaimer:- I am not responsible for anything that you do to your device by flashing my zips, i provide them as-is, anything you do is your risk and i take no responsibility, by downloading the zips you agree to this statement.
For those who do not know what the optimisations are it is just a commit that intends to increase the performance of a ROM by using different optimisations at code level, more information on that can be found Here It boasts a supposed increase in performance by up to 6x.

Have you tried flashing a SU zip? Setting root perms to Apps and ADB? Setting auto response to Allow?installing SuperSU from playstore and using that to install/manage root? Google'd the problem to see if other devices had that issue? Did you try clean flashing? Did you try a custom kernel?
no?
Anyways, Omni is built Gonna build TWRP 2.7.1 whilst i have it synced anyways.. Don't know if Adam has or not already, links in OP for OmniRom.
Could you please try to build an AD cm11 official version?

Yeah sure thing guys, let me finish with initial PA and PAC, and then i will be able to build it! In the meantime, I built TWRP 2.7.1.0 both normal and MultiRom versions, but i'm not too sure if @Adam77Root is okay with me releasing those as he has the main thread kind of thing? I'll add to OP thou anyways but if you want me to remove i will ASAP!!
PA (AOSPA-LEGACY) is sync'd and building now thou
Normal AOSPA, like pure PA builds, but it has camera and Audio Issues /: Not sure which adds and removes i need, i followed the tutorial but it's outdated i think?

From JustArchi
"... O3 enables all O2 optimizations and some extra optimizations that like to increase code size and may, or may not, increase performance. ..."
So... increase performance or not? Did you test if it actually improve performance?

The thread has [TESTING] in the title for a reason
In all honesty, i can't tell if it does make a difference, but it's all down to the feel of the ROM...
O3 makes file bigger with chance of increased performance
O2 makes file smaller with chance or worse performance.
O3 is clear choice.
It's testing phase, you tell me if it's faster or slower
Dear Hideaway,
Can you post a flashable zip of TWRP? This will be helpful to some of us like me who don't have immediate access to PC.

No i can't be bothered haha
there is a great free Root app called Flashify hat allows flashing .img files on the device, search it up on the playstore, works with boot and recovery images, and it's working perfect on our p880
Here's the link if your still too lazy to search it up on play

Of Course i can mate, it's in the queue now, once PA's finished, it's gonna be Pac-Man, and then it's CyanogenMod Official, and then it will be Carbon for you mate
for those who want to install recovery without pc you can always use terminal emulator:
rename your image to TWRP_2.7.1.0.img and have it placed in Download folder
su
cat /sdcard/Download/TWRP_2.7.1.0.img >/dev/block/mmcblk0p1
sync
EDIT: Forgot the one in the end.
Should be fine now, sorry.

Btw my device is not 10.1 n8000
Thank you, good day
I've just proposed this patch to androidarmv6 team. Whether it will be merged will be included in the next builds. I will keep you informed
It seems that my patch is useful also for beni (galaxy fit), I'm waiting feedbacks from beni's users. If I get feedbacks (in a resonable time) I will update my patch to work also with beni and then I will merge this in androidarmv6
Sorry for delay

Gingerbread libcamera.so isn't loading in cm11, so psyke83 built it from source, which isn't colorful, no effects at all. As we don't have developers left, we are left with that colorless camera.

Ace libcamera shouldn't work. Fixing the source built libcamera is better than fixing the prebuilt one, can you provide a logcat?

Unfortunately, I can't give you logcat since i don't have cm11 built with proprietary libcamera.so(the last build with prebuilt libcam is way long back on december 2013). These are some from other users taken at that time. Camera app opened, but it's all grey.

I still think that you should try to fix source built libcamera; however if you want prebuilt one:
That bug has already been fixed (I think after gio dropped prebuilt libcamera) by this commit: https://github.com/androidarmv6/and...mmit/227e32e355603b87b9b2991517796066c1bd1f16
I think that a fresh build with prebuilt libcamera enabled is enough to get it working!
EDIT: Here's the build link -> http://jenkins.androidarmv6.org/job/cm-gerrit/2359/ Please test it and let me know!
