[Q] Install Battery Mod in official XXJVP

Hello.
I was wondering if its possible to install a circular battery mod like the one in the image bellow in an official rom Gingerbread. XXJVP 2.3.4 with Kernel: 2.6.35.7-I9000XXJVP-CL264642 [email protected] #Dark_Core_2.7.1_JVP and root without having to install a new ROM.

I try to install the new dialer from Nexus 5 Kitkat from this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2542081
But after i have install it on my sense 5.5 ROM I have only the last call and not the all features like in the image below.

Seems a software bug to me. Try factory reset or flash Stock ROM.
