I believe those are just links for downloading those apps. The actual apps aren't installed yet. Look how small the file size is compared to the other apps that are showing.

Ok. I have been trying to theme/mod the TW program monitor widget for a few days now. I got as far as the screen shot above. I was able to edit the .png files and now I want to edit the color of the number on the widget as you can see its still green. Also I was able to mod this far without a computer using strictly my fassy. So if your gonna throw some wimdows softwares at me can you please let me know where to locate them. Any help is appreciated I am noobish to all this, Thanks.

Wifi only update app in play store

I'm currently using miui7 developer rom. Since miui 7, I can't update app in play store using 3g/4g. Even I unticked the option to download using WiFi only. Any suggestions appreciate. Thanks in advance.

You must set the download size limit to "unlimited". You can do this in app "Downloads".
