i would think it would be under the Kernel tab on the main page as well as under Original Development? im sure i just missed it but where did it go?

yes you can but the root will go.. so you'll have to re-root after flashing this...

So I can just install this rom like normal? And can go back to 4.1.2 roms after?

Yes you can install the justArchi version in flashable recovery.. like a normal zip.. best of luck..

Not on XDA yet. I see some rumblings in this forum regarding the kernel source being released in May, but it looks to be OSS-related and not MIUI-related ROMs so far, but this is an eyeball view.
