I rooted my x8 2 months ago and unlocked bootloader(10w37) successfully for flashing custom rom nAa-ics and i flashed MINICM9 ROM.I used that rom for 1 month nd again i tried to flash the nAa-JB kernal without unocking bootloader.Now my phone is not booting up but vibrates at start and my pc cant identify my phone .When i tried to charge my phone it shows red LED light....................
PLEASE HELP ME
You don't have to re-unlock bootloader to flash another kernel. it might be a battery drain(it may sounds silly, but that is what I think).
flash stock X8 2.1 ftf with flashtool. lets see how it goes.
Yor r right brother as u said the phones battery was drained.Going to buy a new battery nd will try flash......................

Hello Frns...lately i installed a custom ROM "MiniCM7-2.1.7-mimmi"...i installed it using Xrecovery.....
everything went fine...
but after the installation i reboot my fone...
then everything went wrong....
now my fone gets stuck in the welcome page (sony sricsson logo)
...............
so i request u all frns...is there any way i can get my fone back to working ....?

do a fullwipe before flashing a rom
@Kirmada i did that too....
but still after doing a fullwipe im facing this problem.....

if am not wrong u need to install with cwm? neways,can u get into recovery menu?

jus follow the guide properly,but if u find confusing do with SEUS

how about trying to flash xx15 kernel back with flashtool it helped me when i faced the same problem as yours. some custom rom will actually instal xxx6 kernel specially the stock software.

and it became better than before thanks to xda team and members! So it gave me the courage to try this on my x8 which I was not using because of Android os 2.1..
Help will be appreciated .. I know xda wont let me down

just unlock it again then flash the ftf file
but becarefull if u playing with bootloader it can brick your phone

Hey dude, when you do go back to stock rom try flashing kernel with flastool 2.9.1 first then flash rom

ok bro ill try doin this, I was using flash tool version 0.5.0.0, but i was flashing the kernel after installing the rom, maybe thats where it was going wrong
so now first
i goto stock SE 2.1
then root it
then install xrecovery
then unlock bootloader
then flash the nAa kernal?
then rom
and then gapps
am I missing something?

I don't you can unlock your bootloader by running msm7227 from xRecovery! Have you checked whether you are successful after executing msm7227 from PC? use flahstool-1 to check!

Run s1tool and check if You have S1_EROM VER "r8A029" or S1_EROM VER "R8A029". But as far as I know bootloader will be unlocked even if You back to stock ROM.
Once you unlocked BL. BL stay unlock untill you relock itself.
Just like my phone.
Like what happened? U used custom kernel and gb rom and u recovered to stock.. Why?
If u softbrick while on gb rom and custom kernel u should just reflash rom and ii will work again...

I was on stock kernel with gdx25 and then it got bricked. . So I had to reflash stock kernel. .

what make u on stock kernel while u can have custom?
is there something stock have and custom doesn't?
If you unlocked the bootloader , forget about it , you dont need to relock again whatever you will flash on phone.

I got hardbrick after i installed this bootanimation (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1064611) with cwm. I feel just the vibration when i try turn on the phone.
I tried repair the phone with update service but i cant move into flashmode.
did you have any idea to repair my phone?

My galaxy mini boots only when charger is connected!!!
After booting it works when i remove the charger and no ders no problem with the power key as i can lock n unlock the phone.
Please help!!!!

Dont know about the problem but solved it. Found a solution on nexus 7 forums. I jus had to drain the battery fully and charge it fully. Worked. Thank u anyways for ur help
