Afaik, it's not really cm9 settings. It's cm9-like settings layout and you need to edit some xmls in framework-res.apk.. what rom are you using?

2.3.6 is not a rom..its the gingerbread version.
So are u using stock gingerbread. ? Be clear wit ur words...

OP: please research before asking.arcording to you questions, i'm sure that you dont research anything before.
and when you ask, please ask question with clear meaning.
xda for all people,anyone can help you, but dont be lazy.
and answer: as i know there is no ICS theme for stock GB roms.u must flash custom roms.just go to galaxy mini development and find out your own choice

I did some research and found nothing I tried flashing customs roms but they slow down my phone therefore I had to go back to stock one.....
Is there any Ics themed systemui.apk...

MORe rom v1.3 or v1.4.. based on stock with ics like settings.. and it's faster than stock..
