good day! has anyone experienced their battery being stucked at 1% after flashing the latest eragon?.. i have flashed eragon v23 in the past without any problems.. saw that the rom was updated so i gave it a go.. 1st download thru androidfilehost was a bad download.. 2nd download thru htcfanboys was a good one. flashed rom perfectly.. flashed kernel ok.. then i just noticed that my battery was 1%.. so i plugged it in my charger light flashed red so i suppose it was charging but battery is not going up.. unplugged it got a reminder that of low battery.. i have unplugged for good 15mins browsing still the battery won't die.. went to recovery found out that my battery was still 75%.. reflashed rom full wipe,cache,data,system.. same issue.. could it be just another bad download?.. or am i missing something?.. thanks for any reply
Bump.
I have the same issue, but with I installed a stock rom. The rom was at 4.4 not 4.4.2 so I downloaded an 180mb OTA, it installed ok, then there was another update 320mb, it also installed ok, but since then the battery is stuck at 1%. Going into recovery shows the battery level corectly though.
Please help
I had the same Problem after flashing a custom Kernel.
Maybe try another one?

hello. i have motorola milestone. I flashed the sbf file. Everything fine. Then i boot phone to recovery, ... . After flashing i turn the phone on and battery indicator shows "?" I cant charge battery, and phone will shut down after while. Then i need to flash sbf file again, and everithing is fine. I tested CM7, CM6, FroyoMod and HO!NO! rom. Can someone help me?
//edit
just disable 1% battery mod
i've had this problem, although it was not fixed by reflashing the sbf. what is the 1% battery mod you're referring to?
He talks about the battery indicator stepping.
In exchange for a battery to try?
I've flashed CM 9.1 rom 2 weeks ago. Everything was perfect (well, ok camera app was a bit laggy). I installed it through CWM, like wiki says.
2 days ago, I was using phone as Navigation, and battery depleted to 0 (phone switched off). When I plugged it into a charger, battery charging animation was displayed, then phone switched off and so on (loop). Same situation is when I power on. CM logo endless loop.
Recovery doesn't start, download mode is working tho.
I checked different battery, same thing.
Is it software related problem ? Should I just flash phone again via ODIN or Heimdall?
I had something similar like this a few months ago because my nephew was pressing random buttons. I did indeed just reflash the phone again. Lucky for me I had a backup of my data so that fixed most of my problems.
Hope you figure it out,
Currently, I've flashed hardcore Kernel (CM wiki page) to flash CM9.1 rom.... it gives me Status 7 error (get.prop("ro.product.device")). Same with CM 10 Nightly.
Flashing Slim ICS gives me Status 0 error.
What should I do?
Hey just flash stock GB firmware via Odin then u r good to go...
Do post results
If my post helped, don't mind hitting THANKS
Yes it helped. Thanks.
Strange tho, stock 2.3.6 feels faster than CM9.1
Hello all
basically i rooted my note GT N-7000, installed philZ cwm6, franco kernal r5, i also installed CM9.1.0 rom... all was fine, i installed gapps, all seemed fine, i dont have a stock 2500mah battery i got a extended 5200mah battery, it lasts all day not 7 hours with the usage i do of my android phone, my battery usually lasts with my extensive usage from est. 7:30am till 10pm with roughly 10-15% remaining but for some reason with these new mods/roms my battery was dead by 2:15pm with the littlest use ive done in a while... i think at max i used 30-45 mins of facebooking.... so i thought it was the ROM, ive downloaded Ultimate n-7000 LT4_JB_4.1.2_v6, but everytime i try to flash this rom it says (BAD) and refuses to let me, im following the same steps as i did with the CM9 i installed.... wipe data/factory reset, cache partition, dalvik, cache, system, data, preload and emmc..... but no prevail??? can somebody help me in some way with this issue please, sorry for the essay but any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
Thank you in advance
Try copying the .zip file of the ROM to your phone again or if you downloaded the file on the phone itself, then download the file again. The error BAD you get in the recovery is an indication that the .zip file is damaged. This should solve the problem. And yes some ROMs do give a pathetic battery life and it worsens many a time with custom kernels flashed on the ROM.
Multiple attempts of re downloading the file and still the same result (bad) even tried downloading from various different sources too its OK though in just going to have to learn to live with such a terrible battery life just glad I've got this battery that's twice the size, stock battery would last 6 hours tools this one lasts till I get home from work thankfully that way I can charge again when home

Hi, I just flashed the ElementalX kernel on my rooted T-mobile HTC One. When I rebooted it, I got the warning that there was 1% power remaining. I then charged it for 4 hours, and in phone recovery mode it shows that it is fully charged, but when I boot it back to Android I still get the blinking notification light and message that says there is only 1% left. Has anyone else encountered this? I tried soft-resetting it, reflashing the kernel, and deleting the batterystats.bin, all of which did not fix the problem. Thanks.

Hi,
I was trying to install stryflex rom (http://forum.xda-developers.com/xpe...-stryflex2013266073-lp-official-sony-t3180637) on my xperia yesterday. I already tried stryflex in November but it had some bugs so I had to move to 4.3 rom at that time. I successfully installed stryflex yesterday but touchscreen was not working even upon multiple restarts. I thought to re-flash whole thing. Don't know how but I think I accidentally flashed some other files in kernel via flashboot software and after that phone was not taking any charge. Showing red led even after charging for more than 1 hours. I checked few kernels and installed William kernel using that .elf file and flashing as 'flash kernel' option in fastboot mode.
After that, phone is starting but showing William kernel for some 15-20 minutes. I tried doomkernel and it also showed it's logo for some 20 minutes and shut down and restarts again. Phone is still not taking charge and showing red led. I think it is not taking more that 1-2% charge.
I don't know what to do. Please tell me solution in schematically way.
Also, how installing custom roms works? Which process (installing rom, twrp etc) comes first and which last.
Any help would be highly appreciated.
Thank You

if you can flash kernel via flashtool its great, but doomlords or William kernel looks like dont support offline charge so if you have at leats couple percent of battery try to flash some costum roms ,
i recommend this few steps:
1. flash doomlord kernel ( .elf) or lates cynogen recovery ( .img) via flashtool
2. if you flash it , try to put phone on charger if you have low battery (0-10 %) , or if you have over 10 %
ps. Lastest cm recovery should support offline charging
3 .just flash costum CM 12.1 form sd card
ps 2.( "Phone is still not taking charge and showing red led. I think it is not taking more that 1-2% charge. ")
its seams you have couple percents of battery , so installing cosutm rom should not be a problem
anyway let us know what happend
