That code, 11W29, stands for 29th week of 2011. Chips created from then and after have the security hole effectively closed.
So in short, you should NOT attempt to unlock.
No. As Chris said about the security hole, unfortunately your phone is a 2012 production meaning its to late.
So, unfortunately you can't unlock you bootloader.hope I helped

It's a hard brick.
The only thing you can do is send it off to Sony Ericsson. The motherboard has to be replaced. There's no way you can revive your phone yourself
Oh no... please, next time you wanna do something you are unsure of, please ask us first...

is there any solution except " send it off to Sony Ericsson " Even if cost ?

Yes , you have to send it off for repair. If your phone is under warranty , just tell them that you are unaware of what happened and suddenly the phone stopped working and responding.
The warranty is expired

You are a goner
Maybe find a mechanic/repair shop nearby who can do it at a cheaper price...
If nothing works , SE is your only option.

oh noooo, thats the end of it....... Your only choice is to either send it off to the nearest sony ericsson shop to get it repaired or send it to a repairman. I know someone who encountered the same problem 2 times! He sent it off to sony.....
hope it helps

Successfully UNLOCKED Xperia X8 11W35 just hour ago!
I was scared with all disccussions here but I wanted to try, however it could finish.
I had followed this guide: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1254225
I am not encourageing anyone to do so, but it is good to know that 11W29 is not the limit, maybe it is 11W35?
Or maybe it has something with guidance? For me, guides by SpiderX were succsessfull.
U can by paid method
My xperia T is always rebooting again and again. And there always appears text "PHONE CRASHED" then after that it appears text "HARDWARE WATCHDOG". After that it takes process until 100% then it reboots again and again repeatedly.
I have flashed it using any kinds of firmwares but it doesn't give effect. It happens because i flashed it using flashtool before, but it was disturbed because the electricity at my house went out and it made the process stop suddenly. I can't update my xperia using PC Companion because it is not available in my country (Indonesia). The worse is Sony Service Centre here don't want to repair My xperia. They told me that xperia is not sold legally in Indonesia. I need your solution, please .......
Thank you...
LOCKED BOOTLOADER & NOT ROOT

I doubt it. It's likely that the OP wrote to a partition used by the bootloader when they flashed a kernel not intended for this device.
There is currently no way to fix that.
