Hi!
On 2.1-stable, battery temperature sticks again at 30 C°.
It works fine with 2.1-Beta10
But i guess it became good with Beta8 ("Integration of latest Samsung Update13 changes")?!
Could you please check it?

Mine battery temperature is fine, but I take a look at this soon. Now you can also try newest fixed kernel which is compiled today by me.

Unfortunately your last release didn't solve this issue, my battery temp sticks at 30 °C with it.
What should i send to you? Logcat?
Thanks!

Working fine for me, on picture below.
CPU temp is ok for me too (in boeffla app), but i guess that there's a separate *battery* temp, which was reported finely in previous releases, but not in stable.
Any ideas!?
Thank you!

I have not seen a thread in a long time about black wallpapers regarding super AMOLED Displays. As you can see @gogol did a test and got these results.
At maximum brightness, screen on for 15 minutes
- Default wallpaper will consume about 5% (from 36% down to 31%)
- Pure black wallpaper will consume about 3% (from 30% down to 27%)

Hi guys, i need all of yours expert advice. My SGS3 I9305 gets hot while using. The rear bottom part of the phone gets pretty hot where the sim card is and i can also feel it on sceen while tapping. I dont do too much with the phone except using viber so often, moderate browsing and using apex launcher for theming. I was wondering should I take it to Samsung service centre? Please leave ur expert advice. Thanks in advance

Is your phone overclocked? Is there some app that doesn't let your phone deep sleep? Try installing Better Battery Stats and take a look what's happening with your phone when you are not looking at it

I've been wondering if this is common with everyone....
Hi all,
I was playing with different screen locks on the Play store, and I ended up reverting back to the stock locker. However, it "feels" that some of the elements on the lockscreen are positioned differently now (e.g., clock moved upwards). I'm not sure if they actually changed position, or if they were always at that spot (just that I didn't pay attention).
May I please ask someone with the stock lock screen to please take a screenshot of their lock screen with the PIN code enabled? Thanks so much!

Thank you so much, it was bothering me that the clock is positioned so close to the top, I thought the custom lockers screwed it up.
Thread can be closed now
Im on stock too. And no root or rom, I just.flashed the xxlr 4.0.4 official stock rom. Im waiting for the 4.1.2
In the meantime I was installed an app call Go launcher and go locker, and it make my phone outstanding enough hah

May be you will have to wait for couple of charge-discharge cycles to see the actual battery backup/life..
Seems like u have a wakelock issue.
Can you take a look at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1878828 and see if it helps you?

I've been wondering about what to expect when undervolting. There's only one kernel for this phone that I know of, the Render one; if there are more, feel free to point them out. Additionally, what kind of global offsets can I expect, and what are your settings?

Does anybody tried undervolting yet ? Is it worth to play around with lower values and save some juice or not ?

i've tryed to set lower voltage setting via kernel auditor on custom Krait kernel but, as i think, had random reboots while CPU loading growed up in short time...
Still testing on new kernel build

No undervolting but try interative governor tweaks. There is a guide how to in Nexus 5X general.
