I don't know if anyone else has this problem, but it's really starting to tick me off. Every time I create a playlist, it randomly disappears. For example, I'll create: Favorites, Christmas, Christian and party and anywhere from 2 days to two weeks they disappear and I have to re-enter all the songs into the playlist again. I am using a program called "playlist backup" but sometimes the play list will disappear from there as well. Anyone else having this problem?
No such problem noticed

I keep getting this notification (every few hours). Seems like devices is some system app (???). Is there a way to solve this?
Maybe you deleted or deactivated a system app. Go to settings, apps and reactivate.

I haven't. Funny thing is that it stopped showing those messages after a while... I wonder why...
Has anyone got the message, can't login due to location restrictions? Is it because I'm in the US?
I made a Huawei ID via the Honor website sometime ago. I can't even login to Huawei's website via my PC. I try to make a new ID, and I got a "this site cannot be reached" error when trying to create it.

Has anyone else experienced problems with google calendar? When I try to create a calendar event the app right away gets force closed. I really want to use this app and not Huawei's standard calendar. Unfortunately I've come across this problem with some other apps as well which is quite a worrying behavior of a phone. I'm running the latest software 8.1.0.107(C432) on my CLT-L29.
I never experienced anything like it when I had the pixel 2 xl. I also have a Samsung galaxy s9 plus where there are no issues at all. If this cant be solved then I'll get rid of the p20 pro since the minuses with force closing apps is a bigger problem than the advantage of a minimal better camera on the p20 pro.
I had this issue but I think it was because I uninstalled one of the calendar packages that are required for the app to function correctly.
Did you by any chance try removing any bloat / huawei apps from the phone?
The solution for me was to factory reset, once I had done that and redownloaded Google calendar it has been working a treat.
I use Google Calendar on C432 (.107) update and everything works fine for me, no any issues. As above, maybe you have switched off something? Or, firstly, try to delete the cache of Google Calendar or uninstall the application and install it again. On my P20 pro this application is not preinstallled.

Glad to hear that it's sorted. I'd be keen to try and understand why it happened in your case, I'm pretty sure my experience was due to uninstalling something that shouldn't have been.
I've got this issue right now - it was fine earlier today and this suddenly started happening mid afternoon. No new apps installed etc and nothing uninstalled either.
I really want to avoid a factory reset.
Don't suppose anyone has worked out the cause have they?
The app let's me create reminders, just not events. I can see events and drag them to change the time etc. Very odd.
Just to say it was a beta of Google Play Services causing my issue. All sorted now!
So something very weird just happened to my phone: the Xperia ringtone suddenly started playing on its own, and would not stop.
Restarting the phone had no effect, and no apps were running.
Eventually I reset the app permissions and that seemed to work.
Anybody else experiencing this issue?
Edit: as I'm typing this, the ringtone started playing again.

and now my phone just randomly restarted itself...
is it possessed???
OK, so I've traced the culprit app to Tapatalk.
But even choosing no ringtone for the notifications STILL results in the ringtone playing on a loop.
Is there anything I can do to stop this, I really don't want to uninstall the app.

Sounds like there's a problem with the Tapatalk. Uninstall/reinstall might be helpful
hi guys,
I have a problem I suppose with Google Photos application.
usually when I wanted to delete pictures from google cloud and also at the same time from the phone I used Google Photos app.
from some time, I think it happened after upgrading to Android 10, when I delete pictures in Google Photos it does't delete them from my phone (it doesn't matter if there are saved on SD card or in internal storage).
the only option is to delete pictures from Samsung stock gallery application first and then also do the same in Google Photos but it takes double the time.
do you guys face similar problem?
P.S.
On the same phone but on Android 9.0 I never had such a problem and always when I deleted pictures in Google Photos it also deleted them from my SD card.
.
Hey,
I Recently encountered this same problem on my s10. To rectify this issue please go to the Google Photos app ->Options ->Settings there you will find an "Sd Card Access" options.
Grant it access to your sd card and it should work as it used to previously.
There is no such an option in Google Photos app.
But if you don't grant access to SD card and want to delete pictures from it, it will simple ask you for permission what I of course did.
So, this is not my problem [emoji853]
In addition I have the same problem even if the pictures are stored in internal memory and not on SD card.
