Galaxy Note 2 Holster

Has anyone had any luck locating a holster for a non cased note? I prefer a naked phone but have not been able to find one. Normally Seideo has them available but no dice. Thanks

sighs, same problem. ive searched everywhere including Amazon, still empty handed.

Ive been looking for one as well in particular a vertical holster not one of the horizontal ones.
Managed to find one on ebay but its a cheap fabric version from china which it will take like a month to get here.
* EDIT: Just found this on ebay - no name leather version but its from the US

Crap! If only I've seen this thread a day sooner!! I've been looking for a leather case with swivel holster and went with some hard gel case + holster combo! Arrgghhh

Not sure if this is what you want... but I bought this one. Similar to the one I had for my Note yet this one gets you a stand for our Note2.

I use horizontal leather holster for Note 1 because I used to own it and it fits perfectly

I thought I would miss my old Galaxy Nexus' vertical-style holster with rotating clip, but to be honest, this one is much more comfortable and doesn't seem to chafe my sides as much.
Plus, it's cheap.

I got this case from ebay,it might meet your needs. It's relatively thin (thinner than I expected). I really like the case. It's design requires a belt, it won;t just clip on you your pants without a belt.

I think both or nice depending on your use, but like the first one for thinness and everyday carry (with Belt). The second is good when I don't have a belt, I can clip them to my shorts when running. Best of all their cheap enough that can get both.

Note 1 pouches work. I tried a few in vegas. Waiting on one to ship from ebay now. Will update when it arrives.

I , order a seido not paying attention at the time you needed a case with it .. So when i recieved it I modified it .. I measured and cut small pieces of the soft part of velco and put one on each side of the bottom of the holster and one on the top that has the spring that you move with your finger ... And one piece on one side and 2 peices one on top of the other to fill in the extra space and make it fit snug .. And it works great no problems .. you can put one on top of the other as needed to make it fit snug ... hope this helps you out ...

I had this PDair case left over from my old Note 1, but my Note 2 fits just fine in it. Very good purchase!
Edit: Looks like PDair has an updated version just for the Note 2 as well

I got that same style case for my Galaxy S3. The case is quite nice but the kickstand was so flimsy that it broke in just a day.

I liked your case, where did you buy it, and how much you paid for it? it seem very slim....I'm jealous...
I order the kickstand, just want it, I'm in the bed and watching a movie...but I have also got this real slim case from ebay for like $1.50 cent....that just protect from wear and tears and normal use.

nice case, but I always over-look the Otterbox defender because they add too much bulk to your phone, and it's like you just carry a rock in your pocket, and I also don't like the folding case, because seriously I've to fold and hold the phone while talking, NOT ME.

This one is slowly becoming my favorite. It's slim, it has a kickstand, the kickstand is designed in a way it provides a great way to hold the phone (like a flygrip), it fits perfectly in my Seidio holster, it has a bit of a lip by the screen for worry-free face down placement, it has a great texture for grip and it doesn't show fingerprints.
I usually buy my cases with a big discount in order to resell them after I "test" them. In this case though I paid regular price at the Verizon store ($20) and I'm probably keeping it as my daily case.

Yeah. It makes the phone huge but I work outside in some pretty rough conditions sometimes.....that's when this case reports for duty.

It's fairly slim though I wouldn't call it a "slim" case. It slides in the pocket easily but I mainly use it with it's holster.
I bought it because I love the color but this is probably one I'll be reselling because it shows fingerprints easily, the two piece vertical design has issues with locking into place (some find it too hard to remove while others, including me, have an issue with how easily it opens up), and the lip is a little too large.

Im using the case mate pop right now. Loving it so far

Please recommend a slim flip case/wallet that does NOT have a magnet

hi All,
Love my Note 2 and I'm looking for a slim, low-profile case for it so it'll fit in my inside pocket of my jacket or pants and be able to store a CC and my work ID.
I found a nice case on Amazon, the Poetic wallet which I picked up for $9. It's a tad bulky and it has a magnet which impedes the S-pen functionality.
I had used the Tridea case on the Note 1 that was nice and slim, but had terrible build quality. If I can't find a suitable alternative, I'll try another Tridea for my Note 2.
Any recommendations would be appreciated!

I'm using this card pouch that attaches to the back of my case. Fits like 5 cards. Look up sinjimoru sinji pouch on amazon. Can go on the back of a phone or case. I personally wanted the protection of my otterbox commuter and a wallet so it did the trick.

Belkin makes some $25 leather-esque flip case with a clip and can be used as a stand.
Surprisingly, it's a great case. The leather-ish stuff warms up nicely in the hand.
I got mine at my local Verizon store.

Finding a holster for Otterbox Commuter?

I have been searching ebay for a holster that will fit the Commuter (one than can be put both on screen and back) and while there is none of them making a claim like that, I was wondering if maybe I could try a few cheapo ones that come with other cases and get lucky or if maybe others would try their cheapo one and get lucky. We could all report back if one of them worked or not and maybe eventually we would find a decent holster.
Both my Otterbox cases are still travelling via super slow international mail so I don't yet have an idea of what thickness would be required. So can owners of the Commuter report what thickness of the Note 2 with Commuter on are we talking about?
If anyone already has one not working with the Commuter, can you also give info which one it is? Mr Google told me Seidio holsters don't fit, that is as far as I got till now.

+1. I would be curious also. I had a Defender and hated it , picked up a commuter instead. Much better for my needs. I always wondered why Otter box didnt make a holster for the commuter. I don't always holster my phone but the option would be nice.

It does work no problem with the Incipio dual pro shine case so unless the commuter is quite a bit thicker, it should work too.

Thanks for looking, however I should have specified that I was looking for a clip type holster. They are much more convenient and less bulky.

Looking for a clip type also. Got a leather one from amazon that said it fit the commuter but it was to tight on the phone.

Has anyone ever verified whether the Seidio active holster "HLSSGT2ASA" actually fits the commuter?

This works with RedPepper Waterproof case, so should work with Commuter no problem.

It's the Note 4 Seidio Surface Holster. I have it and its ok.... There are things I wish were different. The spring clasp that keeps the phone in the holster is good, but doesn't work well if you keep the phone usb/audio jack up. The bottom of the uag catches the spring latch unless you put the phone in audio jack down. I've been getting away with it by manually lifting the latch every time I put the phone in the holster. Otherwise, it's a good fit.
