[INFO]XDA is in Iran's Black List!

Hi,
From today , xda-developers site has been added to iranian Black List and users in iran can't access it directly.
Currently, usual vpn protocols like IPSec/L2TP, PPTP, OpenVPN, .. has been blocked or have a strict speed limitation (something like 4-8 kbps [ kbit per seconds]).
My friends in iran verified this block with all Available ISPs.

Have they given any reason for the block?

Why would the thread be closed by the mods? They are just talking about the repression they face from their own government. The last thing anyone outside of their country should do is further their repression by closing the thread.

Yes , but mainly for introducing users to applications like ProxyDroid , ... . it seems that when a special link hits goes above an unknown limit , their system will block the whole domain until future notice!

Because if you check the forum rules you will see that we do not allow political discussion. No matter how much we disagree with what's being discussed...

My Touchpad Has The Touchscreen Broken Help

Hello guys! As you can see i have a problem with my Touchpad. The touchscreen doesn't work because i let her drop in the street. i have 2 weeks trying to find a store who can repair the tablet but i cant find anything. I want to know if i can repair by myself.
Its possible?
what i need? PLEASE! I NEED HELP!

Sell as is on eBay and pick up a new one from the marketplace. There is a huge price discrepancy between the two.

On Play Store search for an app called iFixit it is brilliant app with easy to follow instructions and photos. I have it just in case.

If you're pre registered the minimum they will pay is $100, that is what makes it a special promotion. The prepaid visa sent back will be a minimum of $100 dollars unless your trade in phone is worth more than it will have more on it.

I sold mine for $200 in almost like new condition, ballistic case, spare battery with charger, and car dock.

I already used the last code, and they will pay 100 regardless of the phone as ling as it's listed.

Make sure to sign the form you are including with the phone.there is no spot for a dig but it is in the fine print

I would really appreciate a spare code as well. I screwed up the first attempt by having to return the phone for quality control issues AFTER I had told HTC the IMEI number. Something to keep in mind is the phone needs to stay active a consecutive 60 days to receive the promotion.

not sure if you can still do it; but there was a promo back in march, signup with your email address. I think registration stopped early april...

I wouldn't trust this. The image is a 1x1 jpg. Most likely a virus in my opinion.

Seems fine to me. The link is for a screen shot of his phone on a respectable site. There are no issues with this link. And has been posted above the issue is quite openly stated. He has a problem with a game.... Any useful suggestions would be welcome.

His wording did not suggest any issues on my mind.
Hopefully someone will be by shortly to assist.

Will probably need someone that has game to verify. Gonna be hard to find someone willing to pay $10 to test it.
