how i update this ? cause there is an update isn't it?
Or do i need to completely reflash?

Just flash the new version. If there aren't that many changes you should get no problems if you won't delete user data

Is it possible to upgrade from stock rom (10.4.B.0.569 to 10.4.1.B.0.101) without wiping anything aka dirty flash with flashtool?

Yes. Just uncheck all the boxes in the wipe section.

After i tried to install new recovery with odin it failed.. And when i tried to reboot my phone this happend:
