Hello... I have a kikat nexus 7 and a ICS p990.
The kitkat has a lot more options, namely, related to the status/notification bar.
Is there any App, tweak or mod allowing a better control of the bar On ICS? For example, changing The battery icons.

WidgetLocker can customise the lockscreen, see link below:

None, but all of them are easily replaceable with better ones :victory:
As said in the title, is there any way ro sort the apps in the app tray as it justvreally annoys me when theyre all over the place :banghead:

Of course I did, it gives you a way to manually move apps from screen to screen but im looking for something that sorts it alphabetically

Access the grid, press menu - visualization (or smtn like that I use portuguese language) - mark the second option (smtn like alphabetical grid)

A little question, is the nav bar is included in the 1280 / 720, leaving you with (1280-height of nav bar)/720.

Yes it eats 48 pixels from the 1280 part. At least that was the stock navbar height for the N4
