Is there any way to make run on stock ROM:
1) those reboot menu with "reboot, xrecovery, cwm"
2) option with using volume buttons to change songs
3) widgets on status bar
??

Option 3 depends on launcher.
So... install any launcher, just like Launcher Pro or GoLauncher.
I can't help with the other two.

For the recovery menu I think you need to edit framework

AFAIK, these come with Cyanogenmod. And you might not be able to do this in the Stock ROM.
Having said that, I'm no expert on ROMs.

Bro i just found 1 small bug.
When i disable the screen rotation, it work, but the lockscreen still rotate.

You Need CWM Recovery before Installation
Download ROM
Copy ROM to Storages (Internal or External Card You Choose)
Into Recovery
a:Make sure your Computer has ADB
b:Run command "adb reboot recovery"
c:You Also can Power You Phone, Then Press Menu & Home & Vol + Key Together in same time Until Recovery Show!
Use Vol - or Vol + Key to Navi Up or Down, Press Power Key to Enter
Choose Install from (Internal or External Card You Choose)
Then Select The ROM's Name that you remember.

Despite the old firmware, tried 3 times to download the file (two of them with different download managers) and all 3 times as soon as the download reaches 99.99% it never finishes and stays at 860MB without ever closing the zip file. This shows a corrupt zip file.
Also, downloading through Chinese mirrors which ask for installing weird executable files is not an option either.
So I can only assume that if you fix the firmware to most recent version, manage to have fast and working links and place some snapshots of the rom, you should get some fellows interested.

Then, How to Install this ROM:
•Download Below packages and put them in our SD card.
•For Unlocked Bootloaders: Flash any GB Kernel.
•For Locked Bootloaders: Root your phone using some tutorial, than install CWM using this app
•Place ROM on SD-Card
•Back up user apps and data. (Various apps available, search Google Play. This is a popular one)
•Power off phone.
•Boot to CWM (Keep pressing the Volume Down key after the Sony logo appears)
•Wipe Data/Factory Reset

From Aroma install ChainFire3D app. This app will copy apk in /data/app and ALSO DRIVERS in /data/app/ChainFire3Ddrivers folder.
Now, Open ChainFire3D app from application drawer and install the initial chainfire driver and then your phone will reboot automatically
Copy your plugins from /data/app/ChainFire3Ddrivers to /sdcard (root of sdcard)
then go back into chainfire and press install plugin
it will search for the plugins, install all 3 of them
then whenever you want to change which plugin you are using go into the OPENGL settings and press use plugin
it will then allow you to choose one of the 3. Thats it.
Info: remember if a game doesnt work on one of them doesnt mean it wont work on another one trust me

I compared many roms to get the best result... in that case, mostly, I compared your ATOMIC rom and X-Gamer.... This is coz, these are available for Xperia Pro. In this, I compared MIUI, JoyOS, and others
For Example, Seeder scripts, I can get them from XDA itself, but that takes time.... Hope, u dont mind copying some of the files from your rom

The restorer restores the backed up Launcher and Widget from sdcard and deinstalls the S4 Widget and Launcher.

The remover should work correctly. But the restorer is designed to restore the Old Widget after flashing the S4 Launcher and Widget Mod by Arsaw. And this Mod only works on Android 4.2.1 /4.2.2 Based roms.
But you can try it and if it works please told me then I would add the info to my thread.
