One thing: i dont know how to port stuff.
Does anyone know a way to make the s5830 Stock ROM GB 2.3.6 homescreen to rotate to landscape mode like all the menus and apps do, using touchwiz (or similar) and without flashing a ROM like CM? I've been looking for this on the forums without luck. Thanks!

I guess thats not possible... Try using different launcher like Holo launcher or any other.. They mostly have the option to rotate the home screen..

Here u go mate.you will find installation instructions here...
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1574401
There is no problem in installing xposed framework (install like normal app must be rooted) and then adding modules.
I use this with gravity box module and it works great I am on same ROM as you
