PC Companion not working after odex ROM - Sony Xperia T, TL, TX, V

Hi,
to free some space I use the option in Lucky Patcher to odex the System APP, but since then when I try to do a backup with Pc companion it fails saying that there is a problem and if I install an App the system randomly says that there is not enough free space even if there are 400 Mbyte free in system memory and 3 Gbyte free on storage.
Is there a way to undo the odex option of Lucky Patcher?
Thanks

[Q] Clean some system memory

my mobile hangs when performs very simple tasks..may be it is due to system memory..
which is 770 KB left...basically it is 100% full
Is there any effective way by which I can delete some files which will not effect my mobile or any other way..please help
(or system memory doesnt effect performance at any cost?)
I m using CyanogenMod 10.1 modded for Galaxy Ace

BTW it was working ok in the beginning..
Did you moved some app's or something else into /system or was there always that much space left?
Sent from my GT-S5830 using xda app-developers app
no ..I didnt on my own..I have 2GB SD card with 512 MB Ext partition..and link2sd link all the apps there..
As all I remember is 8-9 days after this rom there was more than 1% of memory..(dont know what was there in the beginning)
Clean all the chaches and the useless Dalvik cache with Titanium Backup. Than re-link all the apps and libs. I think is the best you can do. Maybe install tasker and automate this process

[Q] Install/Update Apps give Insufficieont Storage Available Error

Whenver I upadate some app(listed below), I am getting this Error.

4. I uninstalled all the big apps, didn't help
5. I unistalled whatsapp(which was one app in the list), and tried to reinstall it couldn't reinstall it.
I have not rooted my phone, which I don't want to do, as I my phone is still under warranty. But I very troubled. Please help
The list of apps I am not able to get updates for
Google Chrome
Google Drive
Facebook
Youtube
Whatsapp
Xperia Link
are you sure that this free space is for internal memory and not for the sdcard ? because Sony is known to basically place everything in the internal memory, as it's considered as sdcard0. sdcard1 is the true external memory
Can you show me a screen shot of your storage? Inside the settings
since you're rooted, I advice you to remove chrome, gmail, youtube and drive from the system/app directory, then do regular installations. this will save some memory and will be stored in the data/app dir

[Q] Low Storage?

So I've got around 900 MB free in my internal memory. However when I try to install any apps it says "----- couldn't be installed, please free some space and try again"
Any ideas??

You could free some space by removing seldom used extra apps, pictures, music, ROMs and nandroid backups. The last three can eat up a lot of memory. Save these to your PC and if you need them later you can move them back.
Moving things isn't a problem.
What I want to know is why I can't install apps even with around 1 gb free!!
Try formatting cache. Or just manually wipe the cache from some of your apps. Should install then

[Help] Cannot install Magisk Manager because of fake "out of space" error

Phone: Galaxy J5 2015 - Android 6.0.1
I successfully installed the Magisk framework with TWRM. Downloaded the Magisk Manager apk from the official github (2 MB) but when I try to install, I get "Out of space, Magisk Manager couldn't be installed. Free up some free space and try again".
As per System/Storage app, I have 6.68GB used out of 8.00 GB internal storage, and 2.56 GB used out of 7.14 GB SD Card, so plenty of space for a 2MB APK. SDMaid app also shows enough free space.
(Bit confusing tough that the storage app on the top says 27.42GB out of 32GB, while there is only 8GB internal and a 8GB SD card present physically, but in the breakdown the details are correct as per I wrote above)
I checked, I could install larger apps from appstore (eg Star Trek flet command, 86MB plus downloaded a lot in additon) withuot issues. I tried uninstall some apps and reinstall Magisk (so definitely have free space), no luck.
Note: previusly I rooted my phone with supersu, and enabled SD card memory adoption as internal storage - that still works, apps there function, but maybe that could cause an issue with magisk?I wanted to switch to Magisk because I have an app what do not work on rooted phones.
This may not help a bit, but some software can remove unused .odex files. This is one of the few tolerable features of Lucky Patcher, I think...

OK, so it seems the problem with not Magisk, but with any APK file I download.
I can install everything from the store, but any APK file I download and try to install, I get the out of space error.
Yep. Have you tried using LP to remove.odex?

I can't install Lucky Patcher as well (as it is also comes as a separately downloaded APK) - thats how I found out the isse is not with Magisk, but with the APK files outside of the appstore
Fair enough. Is there any chance that SD Maid might help? It might not fix the issue, but maybe it will make enough space for LP to squeeze in, and from there you can do Remove All Patches.
Naturally you don't want to arbitrarily remove mass odex files, but the app that (probably) caused this little conundrum is (probably) the best way to fix it.
You could try wiping Dalvik cache too, I guess.
