New Rom: Orange France 14200 179 Radio=??

A new 1.42 WWE rom seems to be around based on the ext rom found on our ftp.
ftp://xda:[email protected]/Orange_Fr_SPVM2000_Ext_ROM_142179_WWE.rar
The french orange site www.orange.fr not only is in french (hehe) but also seems to be restricted to orange users.
Could a french orange user have a look were we can get the ship.exe for this 1.42 WWE rom.

[Q] Xperia V Unlock Sim/Openline Sim

Hi,
I'm from Philippines and my phone is lock to Smart Communication Network(A SimCard Company).
I've been searching for infos that can help me how to unlock/openline the sim of my xperia v. I went to websites already that offers activation code and send it through email with in 7-15days. But i'm scared of it 'cause i haven't tried doing that ever since. I might went out sending money without receiving anything.
I have a problem also on my phone, the signal is cutting off. It turns on only in a certain place and just capture 2G signal, it detect LTE signal but won't connect. That is why i am trying to unlock the sim may be it can help me solve the signal problem of my xperia v.
So now, is their anyone here who knows how to unlock/openline the sim of my xperia v?

Sir i tried repairing it to pc companion already.but still thesame..wla pong nangyari..pano po ba macheck kong pwede ma unlock bootloader??
Natry ko na nga po pala pumunta sa smart center pero ang sabi hindi daw po nila alam pano mag openline..

Dial mo yun nasa post, ang alam ko kasi naka lock ang baseband ng simlock na phone, pa check mo sa service center

nakapagFlash na po kasi ako dati eh yung sa Nordic na Firmware Android 4.1.2 tapos nag update po yung firmware to 4.3..
Need po ba i'open ang bootloader?
Pag na Open na po ano po mangyayari sa phone?

Sir ano po mgayayari after ko po magawa yung sinagest nyo ngayun??

May problema talaga signal ng jb 4.1.2 baka sakaling maayos kung mag upgrade ka ng system

Sir binuksan ko po yung phone ko..ayun po nakita ko yung antenna me sulda na..siguro yung technician na nagpalit ng dgitizer neto naputol nya yung sa sgnal cable..

@kn06497 bro voltage control doesn't seem to be working..
no apps are showing it.. they say.its not supported by ur kernal..
also the governors.. apps only show the ones which were there before.. i didnt find those smartas* or hotpug or other..

Will it fix on XCU?? And will other things will work (such as Bluetooth, Camera,GPS,Compass, And the main thing which is camera) ...

Installation
• ROM Firmware Required:*Oreo bootloader
• Make sure OEM Unlock is on in developer settings

• First boot after root all lags will fix
