First time installing LiquidSmooth to your Xperia T, or coming from another ROM:
- Copy GApps and LiquidSmooth ZIPs to your SDCard
- Boot into Recovery
- Flash LiquidSmooth zip from SDCard
- Flash GApps zip from SDCard
- DO A DATA WIPE / FACTORY RESET (otherwise your device will be stuck at boot)
- Reboot
- Don't restore system data using Titanium Backup!
- Restoring Apps + Data might cause problems and is not recommended, avoid it if possible!
Upgrading from earlier version of OmniROM:
- Copy the LiquidSmooth ZIP to your SDCard
- Boot into Recovery
- Flash the LiquidSmooth zip and gapps from SDCard
- Reboot

Blue screen is usual on 4.4 roms on our device. Our 4.4 kernel is based on 4.1 sources, so some errors might appear, like the blue screen, hopefully this will be solved in the next weeks as Sony releases 4.3 kernel sources and devs create a new 4.4 kernel based on those sources.

Try disabling LockScreen Notifications, and see if that system android wakelock goes down. I will see if i can do anything for the g+ and audio ones
Edit: Is anyone else getting this kinda of drain?
I turned G+, well do not use it without wifi I had all night battery consumption 1%. Nothing else I did not set or turning off. This is amazing, better than the stock ROM!!
- Today, during the day I will try consumption during normal operation, WiFi, BT, Exchange, synchronization, Call ...
- During the night I let enabled WiFi
Then I'll report on consumption.
Regarding BDS yet I had only two cases, ie 1 per day ...
- When entering the menu theme
- When you install apps from Market

basically the difference to maclaws n mine ones is, that the version of maclaw is messed up withh different mods!
like reboot menu option, sound instead of camera toggle on lockscreen! and this is a clean almost bugfree version of clean aosp without any modifications ^^
ah ok fair enough

You can hide reboot menu option and change toggle in lockscreen simply editing 2 lines in build.prop. You and me can already use stable and clean AOSP ICS.

What about fm radio.. As that is now been added in 4.2.2 also.. Can u add that toh this rom and tell us more about battery life.... By the way nobody likea spirit fm as that creates a big noise at start whoich actualy irritates and u wont feel like listening to radio any more....

Indeed. I've tried MacLaw's version and you can tell it's all messed up. Not to mention it has multiple bugs (for eg., native USB/Wifi tethering, Wifi direct and VPN are not working). And battery drains a lot (it doesn't even last a day!...).
So thank you OldDroid for compiling a clean AOSP ICS :good:
Nice
Nice Rom OldDroid :good: keep making builds please.
Seems better than Mcdredd's.
I found some minor issues (that are happening to me anyways), other than the ones you mentioned.
1) Android is slow when installing apps
2) Netflix app - > video's do not play video (black screen), but yet I hear sound...also I can see the video when I skip
3) You said Automatic Screen Brightness is working...its not. (Don't think it can on the ace, can it?)
4) Compass is wrong, and very 'jumpy'
5) Second boot logo Gio GT-S5660
Hope this helps.
btw Fixed-Int2ext4+-Android-4.2.1.zip working for me. (mount system & sdcardext before install)

- This ROM has Estonian language support with AOSP and my translations
- Only based of CyanogenMod, but my built, mods and much more..
Since there is no frame generator with Xperia Tablet Z frames, I had to use Motorola Xoom frame arts. Thanks to Google for those device arts..

Thanks to MBQ_ for giving me a free space on his awesome FTP server: He's account is currently disabled.
MBQ_:
I'd greatly appreciate it. If I can get a monthly donation income of at least 8$ USD a month, I can link it to my PayPal, so no money has to come out of my pocket. If I can get a significantly larger income of 8$ USD a month, that could open up opportunities for dedicated servers, or improvements throughout the site including things like: Better download speeds, more FTP users, etc.

How to flash this ROM:
Ok, so my notebook didn't have enough memory to build a .zip file for Recovery, so you have to flash this ROM through Recovery (E.g. CWM)
How to get the recovery (way too easy):
Flash boot.img through fastboot:
Code:
fastboot -i 0xfce flash boot boot.img
Reboot Xperia Tablet Z: (AT THE SAME TIME WHEN YOUR XPERIA TABLET Z IS REBOOTING, WAIT UNTIL YOU SEE CM Avatar with Free Xperia logo and then press 'Volume +' button 2-5 times until you see purple LED light)
Code:
fastboot -i 0xfce reboot
If you did something wrong and your Xperia Tablet Z's screen is blank and on then press power button and volume buttons at the same time until the screen turns off and then try to enter into recovery again!
Make a backup of your Current Firmware / ROM and when backup is done then wipe data factory reset or wipe cache and dalvik cache, then from the advanced menu choose power off..
Plug USB cable to your tablet and at the same time press and hold power + button!
Now flash boot.img again and then system.img:
Code:
fastboot -i 0xfce flash boot boot.img
fastboot -i 0xfce flash system system.img
fastboot -i 0xfce reboot
Done.. Remember to flash the Gapps.
Changelog of this version 0.1:
The first version for Xperia Tablet Z (LTE), I won't build this for the Xperia Tablet Z WiFi variant.
Update build fingerprint from 4.1.2 ... to 4.2.2 SGP321 - 10.3.1.A.0.244 ...
Added Estonian language support
Enable OpenGL ES 3.0
BLE (BT 4.0)
-O3 flags
CM10.2 is using built-in NFC for Xperia Tablet Z and that's why NFC is not working currently
Update some other source files
.............
Ok, so this Xperia tablet Z's xda forum is too quiet.. Anyway... New version 0.3 is now available!
Latest CM changes
More audio files (ringtone, alarm, notification)
Still NFC isn't working because it's using built-in NFC firmware and I don't know the right vendor files to fix NFC for Xperia Tablet Z
FM Radio may not work (App force closes)
All other things seems to be working very well, including GPS
This ROM looks very good, but I only own the SGP311. Would love to test it on my device. Is there really no chance for a version with SGP311 support?

The problem is that my notebook only have 1 GB free memory and when I build ROMs then my notebook doesn't have enough memory for building the .zip files so terminal gives errors.
I have made this ROM for Galaxy Nexus Maguro and Toro and those uses the same kernel. If The Xperia tablet Z WiFi variant uses the same kernel as SGP321 then I may build this for SGP311 because the device repositories takes only something 500 kb - 15 Mb but kernel takes usually more than 400 MB...

Great ROM, I even bought the Nox icon pack!
Just a few problems, sometimes I get glitches on the stock browser and an App called " Memedroid " they flash the colour black
and the only other one is, Android OS Is really killing the battery, it was up at 70% yesterday, i flashed a custom kernel and i used greenify on most of the apps, its now at 35%
Is this a bug you guys know about and working to fix or am i the only one?
Id be greatful to get a reply
Thanks, Jack

Can you include wake lock blocker
Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk
if you could include the lockscreen notification from AOSPAL - remix would be perfekt rom for me
And navbar size please !!! =D
Enviado de meu Nexus 4 usando Tapatalk
Works amazingly well. Looks a lot more beautiful with the white theme, works perfectly without any issues so far. Those were pretty much the only features I wanted that was missing from the normal AOSPA builds, great work!
Is quiet hours option under sound menu also included? If not can you add it ?

I have attempted to add it yes, but I keep getting system ui errors. I haven't had time to troubleshoot what is causing it yet.

Smoothness of Stock ROM with greatness of OMS Themes!
What is AOSP?
AOSP is Android as Google publishes without other modifications. More or less AOSP is the Nexus devices stock rom without gapps.
Anyway, to get a working system I added some changes from CodeAurora Forum and CyanogenMod. I also added Non-AOSP features for a better user experience ("Clear All" button in Recents) and I'm NOT going to add something other.
What is OMS?
OMS stands for Overlay Manager Service and was developed by Sony, just like RRO - so overlays could be downloaded and managed through a client.
More about OMS and Substratum
Developers:-
@srisurya95
@akhilnarang
Features:-
Based On Google's AOSP
Clear all recents
AOSPA Battery Styles
Quick Unlock
Volume Rocker Wake
Advanced reboot
Hardware Key customization
Optimizations for battery
How to flash:-
Make sure you have TWRP recovery installed in FOTA partition
Download Latest AOSP Marshmallow Build
Download Gapps
Take Nandroid Backup via Recovery
Recommended- Full wipe and Factory reset
Format System, Data, Cache, Dalvik-cache and Clean Install the ROM
Flash ROM using recovery
Flash Gapps
Reboot
Enjoy!
NOTE- To access FOTA recovery(CWM/TWRP) after flashing AOSP, press vol+ on reboot.

That layer theme is not updated I guess..That's why it's not supported..Try Art Reborn layer theme..It's good! :good: Btw guys, I need testers for a new Official Sony UI ROM based on Marshmallow..Message me on Telegram app. My username- STRYDER_007
something's wrong with recovery or maybe just my device, I can't access microSD, heck I can't even access sdcard (internal storage) so I can't install GApps
I had to install another recovery via adb and it's a pain to do so lol
So far the the 6.0.1 Rome is the is the least hot and works most stable. No Fcs. Everything goes as it should.

Calling doesn't work for both sides, neither mic nor speaker work. But Whatsapp calling works.
But i tried AOKP rom and on both roms i cant hear in call
I am a massive fan of what slimROM has done for my past phones and I think this is the closest I will get to a slimMarshmallow rom right now.
Thank you, thank you so much! Can't wait to try this out

You're welcome! Enjoy! I'm also bringing my StryFlex ROM to XZ as soon as AOSP is fixed and usable as daily driver..
awsome to see you here from xperia sp to xperia z verry nice going to check this for now
Thank you for the great rom. We can put up if camera would not work, but the ability to make calls is the important function of the rom This rom is very nice, so we will use only sms for a little time and wait the update
