you should really give some more details, at least which recovery you're using.
Anyway,
1- are you mounting it in recovery?
2- for best chance with OTG, use FAT32 formatted stick
or just use adb push or adb sideload.

do you mean 2.6.3.3 for M7_U/UL (and you have an HTC One M7_U or UL model right)?
then in TWRP, use either:
adb push <name of rom>.zip /data/media/0/
or
start sideload in TWRP, and adb sideload <name of rom>.zip

well if OTG is giving you a hard time, for whatever reason (though I used it just recently on TWRP 2.6.3.3 no problems), then yes -> go for a sideload, why waste your time.
and make sure you have the right recovery for your phone!

(2 weeks) not really, could be any number of reasons, usual solutions include:
* clearing cache/data on google stuff
* removing account(s) and re-adding
* DNS issues
* reflashing (with WIPE)
* etc.
thanks for your suggestions but i have cured it now ,for some reason the rom on the otg was not being seen by phone so i tried a diferent rom and the phone saw it and now Google play is working again cheers

filename too long?
Maybe you formatted your sd card on accident? Also about your google account issue, does it happen everytime you try to install new sense 4.4 kitkat rom? Because I had been having that issue and I just gave up on running Sense.

I don't think USB can be mounted, you could use adb sideload instead if you completely wiped the internal storage but I'd wait till you boot the phone and then do it instead. Remember to make a nandroid backup you're safe to factory reset in recovery if that's what you meant, as that doesn't touch system or your internal sdcard.

No sorry.
Jokes, so in recovery press 'install zip from sideload' then plug your phone into your PC. Now put your rom zip (rename to rom.zip) in the same folder as your adb file, and put this folder on your desktop. Now use
Code:
cd Desktop
then
Code:
cd 'NAME OF FOLDER'
now use
Code:
adb devices
and check your serial number appears.
Now use
Code:
abd sideload rom.zip
and it will transfer and install

Ok, no it doesn't but first we need to find out why adb isn't working :/
Grab the driver from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=963042&d=1332595157
Extract the drivers
Now go to Start menu and right click on my computer and then click manage.
Now go to device manager and there you should see your connected One listed as being without a driver.
Right click on that entry and select 'update driver'
Now tell it that you have the driver on local disk and then browse to the folder you extracted.
Update your driver.
Disconnect and reconnect the device and try ADBing again.
Should work.

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2325853 - it's a sticky at the top of the Q&A page, it happens all the time, don't panic...
"just calm the fu** down", that is what I said to myself when it happened to me, because i panicked a little too...
you should follow the guide in the link that redbull123 provide
but if your fear is taking over you, there are two other and "for me" easily ways to install a rom if you fuc*... wiped your internal sd
1 - install HTC drivers as the provided link (above), then use DROID EXPLORER (look for it in google and install it) to copy a rom into your ONE, then flash!!!
2 - get a OTG cable copy the rom into usb and flash the rom using the usb memory with the OTG cable.
I remembere when i wiped my internal SD, it was because a skin for the recovery TWRP that changes the buttons, so I accidentally deleted my internal SD lol

don't worry about hboot.
try selecting Advanced -> ADB Sideload in TWRP then in cmd command
adb sideload name_of_your_rom.zip
(make sure the rom is in the same folder as your adb/fastboot drivers and your running the cmd window from that folder also)
Hold shift and right click on your folder then click 'Open Command Window here' before you command anything.

Cmd: "adb devices" it should display your fone, while being in recovery.
If not, try and flash latest twrp again, due to fastboot.

I am in need of help please, I had my phone rooted and the 4.2.2 rom flashed.. i was clearing the cache, and apparently wiped the phone clean... now there is no OS, and all I can access is TWRP recovery, and put phone in fast boot... It wouldn't sideload or anything... But all is well now.
Sent from my HTC One using xda app-developers app
Without OTG Cable
Boot TWRP, then select “Mount”, then select only “Data” and connect your HTC One to your computer.
Considering you have adb.exe (Windows, part of fastboot.zip) or on Linux:
cd Downloads\ROM.zip
adb push ROM.zip /sdcard/
Replace ROM.zip with the ROM filename you copied earlier to Downloads (or any other) folder, then install the ROM.
It should be nearly same running CWM recovery. Hope that helps.

Connect USB to windows Boot into Recovery, selecr Advanced, choose Sideload, then swipe to start sideload

The phone bootlooped? Strange. TWRP usually runs the script straight after sideload. The zip is on sdcard/0/sideload.zip

Flash latest CWM recovery the same way you flash Twrp.twrp is unsecure coz you deleted all your system data in twrp recovery.after flash, cwm shoud work, and adb too.then put superuser.zip on internal storage, install thru cwm to gain root.flash arhd 52.0 rom to get it boot.

I think you have a corrupted partition. Try this: http://android-revolution-hd.blogspot.co.uk/2013/10/fix-data-htc-one.html
Just something I found with a quick search but, I hope that will fix your problem, if not you should google around for more alternative methods to repairing a corrupted data partition
How Do I Recognise The Problem?
When trying to mount the DATA partition from inside the custom recovery using the mount /data command you will most likely see this output: mount: mounting /dev/block/mmcblk0p37 on /data failed: Invalid argument
To be 100% sure you can check filesystem structure with the following command: /sbin/e2fsck -n -f /dev/block/mmcblk0p37
Good luck

So, I did part of this because I'm having a similar issue. I was able to flash CWM, but unable to mount USB storage in order to get this thing booted up. I tried to sideload and that's unsuccessful.
When I use the devices command in adb, it doesn't list it. However, when I typed devices in fastboot, it listed it. Obviously, I'm starting to get pissed.
i had a same problem, needed 3 days to solve it.I understand that adb cant recognize the device(i was getting that error too)and(typing "adb devices" sometimes shows the device)--,but can you put a zip file on internal storage of the phone, now when you have cwm recovery?try to get many informations as you can, read, you will fix this.i didnt try to fix partitions mentioned above, but you can try with that.

It seems like your data partition is trashed, and maybe you need to format it. This is more aggressive than wiping /sdcard and /data. TWRP can do this, and CWM probably can, too. Also, "fastboot devices" should only show the phone when it's in fastboot mode, and "adb devices" will show the phone when it's in recovery or running Android (with USB Debugging enabled).
If you want to poke around a little bit before taking this drastic step, I would try one more time to get adb connected--boot the phone to recovery, wait a few seconds, attach the cable, then give "adb devices" another try. Also, I don't know if the driver necessary for ADB is the same as fastboot. It's possible your computer is configured to do one but not the other. Is there someone else's computer you can ask to use for a few minutes to check this?
Solved unmount /system /cache /data
i've format all the formattable things in twrp , reboot and used adb push and after flash cyanogenmod! ! Thank you all guys !:good:
Was running CM12 nightlies that auto encrypted, so went to format data to remove encryption but keyboard in twrp wasnt accepting any characters so hence i wasnt able to decrypt, so i bootloader->fastboot erase userdata...now im back in twrp phone still encrypted (i know the password so im ok) but now theres obviously no rom on the phone how do i push a rom & kernel to my phone adb sideload seems to be hanging on "starting adb sideload feature" and when im in bootloader mode adb doesnt find my device
Fastboot erase userdata doesn't remove the ROM.
Adb isn't designed to work in bootloader. Use of in recovery. You can use adb to push files to /sdcard

Plug the phone in to your computer and go to mount and enable mtp. Then go to your computer and copy and paste the rom zip as well as other zips (gapps kernel etc) onto your phone.

Kinda had that issue I just used OTG with the ROM on it that solved my problem
or you can adb push files to your phone, via adb while you are in your recovery. but from what i understand/have heard, cm kernel does not allow decryption.

adb is not being read for some reason in recovery, adb sideload is failing to start (never worked for me )

no they just don't give you an option to not encrypt with they're kernel, so you must flash another kernel after every nightly etc.
