Exit_only has been working some magic over on the developer threads in the form of 5 init.d scripts that optimizes various aspects of your device. You can find the thread here.
Please read all of the instructions if you want to try this MOD.
WHAT IS NEEDED:
1.) Root access (su binary required)
2.) Busybox v1.20.4+ w/ run-part support
3.) Need to be on 4.1+ Jellybean or higher
4.) CWM 6.0.0.0 or higher (Not all CWM6+ recoveries are compatible, TWPR is not recommended)
5.) 1 GB of RAM (Recommended but not needed)
6.) Enough space in your /system partition
If you do not meet these requirements then DO NOT USE IT!!!

0.3.7 is out check the second post in the original thread. If you have any questions please read at least the last 5 pages of the thread... Chances are you will find your answer there.

Exit_only has released another update with the option of Entropy. I haven't had the chance to check it yet but I soon will! :laugh:

now you have custom kernel.
how to use features
if u have my latest rom then it has no frill cpu app included or download no frill cpu from play store its free. you can also use setCPU which is paid ...change governors and i/o according to ur will . but do it all on ur own risk.
i recommend hotplug as governor and sio as i/o with max frequency of 1.2ghz and min of 600mhz.

no OC at present ..i am testing it..
no issues so far its stable and no reboot or overheating issues.

Excellent work mate, if we keep progressing like this we might get our own sub-forum! Some suggestions -
1) You could integrate CWM recovery with the kernel, if you haven't done it already. Then provide a .tar one package file for flashing via ODIN
2) Maybe add a warning about triggering an increase in binary counter in OP
3) Does it support Vodoo sfx?
Waiting for OC! (I hope you have a JTAG jig ready, especially with the amount of development you are doing)
P.S. - We can also check out support for Heimdall and Mobile Odin

Installation, Credits, Changelog & Download
How to Install :
Disclaimer: Flash this ROM and its mods/tweaks at your own risk. However unlikely, YOU are solely responsible for any potential damage to your device or data. Do not flash unless you know what you are doing, are capable of reading, following instructions and using ADB or Odin to help recovery of a soft brick.
1. Require a custom recovery such as CWM or TWRP (suggest TWRP to prevent/reduce Aroma freezing during install - refer post #3)
2. Backup User apps and data with Titanium Backup Pro app or other method and save off-device
3. Save ROM to EXTERNAL sdcard (not sure if will flash from internal sdcard yet)
4. Boot into custom Recovery
5. NANDROID BACKUP & KEEP COPY ON PC !!
6. Flash v1.0.1 (select wipe data option) and reboot
7. Be patient, first boot will take a while !
8. Initial setup & check install “unknown apps” in phone settings
9. Restore User apps and data from Titanium, Wi-Fi settings etc (GREEN & YELLOW normally OK)
10. DO NOT restore any SYSTEM apps or data in RED colour with Titanium Backup
12. Reboot, setup accounts (if not restored in Step #9/10) & allow the ROM to “bed in”
* If you experience any issues with the ROM, flash ROM again with WIPE DATA option and check BEFORE doing anything else
* I don’t have the time to help posts in this thread unrelated to the ROM and if you have not followed any of the above instructions!

ROM Bugs - Not firmware bugs !! :
* Wait and see.........
Will flashing this ROM wipe my data? :
* NO it won't wipe your data, but data wipe is a requirement in Aroma to ensure a bug free device. Just backup data and nandroid first.
* Installer will auto wipe : system, cache, dalvik-cache & preload
* If updating from a different ROM or android build/version, it is a requirement that you follow the installation instructions fully in Post #2 and read the notes below it!
* If after flash & boot you have some unused "green android shortcuts" on your home screens, just delete them. This means that you didn't do the requested data wipe did you:? Give yourself a slap !
Entropy Lag "Fix" :
* I created the script sourced from info here
* No need for using Seeder app and less overhead
* To check it's working :
Run android terminal emulator app
su

You should see a figure around 3600 (possibly more), meaning it's working
Video & HDMI out :
* HDMI out to external display works as released by Samsung
* Natively, not all video codecs are compatible through stock video player. You may need to install a codec supported video player app from Google Play. Try without the ARMv7 add-on first
Battery Life & Performance :
* Give the ROM time to build its caches and “bed in” etc.
* Battery % reporting may need to be re-calibrated
1. Use your device to NEAR zero % (ie. 2%)
2. Fully recharge uninterrupted
3. Unplug when 100%
* Actual drain really depends on your own configuration, and has nothing to do with this ROM.
Some Tips :
* Lower screen brightness and time-out
* Check apps running in background, unneeded auto-starting apps, auto-sync, GPS, wifi, rogue apps etc
BetterBatteryStats is a good app for checking wakelocks.
* Remove or freeze unwanted System apps (bloatware), disable animations (you will lose CRT off animation until re-enabled), motion etc
Mods & Apps :
* I have not seen or measured any negative impact to ROM performance or stability on my P6810 model (or reported by P6800 User during test phase), so any potential improvement (no matter how slight), is still an improvement.
* Any in-depth discussion is to be addressed in the respected threads, links are in found in the Credits & OP
AGPS :
1. Open internet connection
2. Use "GPS Status" app (menu/tools/manage agps state/download) and then wait for first fix.
3. ++ After that, subsequent fixes should be much faster ++
4. Try and see how location locks in Maps

Thanks for your kind words. I'm really just an experienced user who turned his hand to cooking. There are real Devs such as daniel doing an excellent job also.
I'm just hoping it installs >> boots >> everything installs/works as it should. I played around with the aroma config and updater-scripts, so high risk for error. Also, a lot of optional apps are symlinked to the preload partition. From there, the plan is to move on to further mods. Most will most likely be a flashable patch (until working), and then integrate into the next release.

Because it was most likely incomplete and not yet available for release. I will double check though when I get home before posting link.
Edit: Seems I found a rather large mistake. Not copying the modified updater-script to the installer

Do highly recommend to select FULL WIPE option in Aroma as ROM is fully de-odexed.
Make sure you have a recent NANDROID BACKUP and follow the Installation Instructions in Post #2.

[Update] Boot okay after a full-wipe flash. BTW I was already in JB 4.1.2 before flashing your ROM

Hi,UpINTheAir,I just flash this rom.It seems still have bug. I can finish this rom with aroma .But when p6800 restart,It just stay in first logo, no musuc (I select the music).can't go into sytem. I flash two times,another one just flash two times too,the result is same.

I have enough patient to wait long to 20 minute‘s. It just stay in first logo。Now I flash back to stock DXMD3。

1) Rooting/Unrooting-
a) Root your phone with basic root package. Superuser by ChainsDD, sqlite3, basic busybox, su binary.
b) Unroot your phone and remove all traces of root, busybox, su binary, etc.
2) Kernel Tools:-
a) Backup your current kernel and save it as boot.img in root of the SD Card.
b) Restore kernel from boot.img stored in root of SD Card.
3) SwitchSu:- (Currently only working on Cyanogenmod & AOSP, not working on stock)
a) Remove all traces of SuperSU by Chainfire and Install Superuser by ChainsDD.
b) Remove all traces of Superuser by ChainsDD and install SuperSU by Chainfire.
4) Adblocking Tools:-
a) Install mother of ad blocking host file by BSDgeek_Jake.
b) Install AdAway v4.7 Adblocking application.
c) Remove all modifications of host file & install stock host file.
5) Miscellaneous Tools:-
a) Pattern Lock Reset (After you use this, enter any wrong pattern to unlock)(PIN, Password may be removed).
b) Bravia Engine 3 thanks to [email protected]
c) beats Audio Engine thanks to [email protected]
d) Adobe Flash Player for all ROMs thanks to [email protected]
Instructions:-
1) Put zip file in root of SD Card ====> Go to CWM Recovery ====> Mount /system, /data, /cache partitions.
2) Flash the zip. Follow On-Screen Instructions.
3) Fix permissions is required only for Bravia Engine 3, beats Audio & Adobe Flash Installer.
NOTE THAT FIX PERMISSIONS TAKES LOT OF TIME (2-3 Minutes simetimes).
No need to fix permissions for other mods.

1) SuperSU does not work on stock/stock themed ROM. Works fine on CyanogenMod & AOSP.

Attention​
[*]* Supports Oxygen kernel but by default it does not support init.d (Comes disabled in the kernel).
If you wanted to install xposed, rom is compatible with it, but as rom comes with Magisk installed, basicIntegrity goes from true to false.

HOW TO INSTALL
1. Install Recovery 3.2.2
3. Download the ROM and copy it to your pendriver and use an otg cable or copy the rom to the internal memory of the device when the device is in TWRP mode that allows the USB cable to access the internal memory of the device.
4. Mount system , data and cache
5. wipe dalvik-cache , cache , data and system
6. After that flash the ROM
7. Follow Aroma Installer
8. At the end of the installation of the autoreboot rom will not happen because it will present error 11, do not worry this will not affect the installation of the rom reboot manually.
9. Wait 2 to 5 minutes (First start of installation take a long boot).

Have you tried debug mode in developer mode? In some cases when it's debugging mode enabled some pc happens that it does not recognize. The rom is tested before being sent to XDA, and the fixes added here are to requests from users who need them, which in itself does not present any bug.

what about screencapture? the thing that i need for this rom, ill try to install pubg if it can handle the game on it.
