For this you need to check this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2311964
No need to open a new one because we all share our ftf files in there

The Phone: Bell C6906 LB 14.3.A.0.681
Cant seem to find the right information on this.
When I tried to flash the 534 Rogers firmware I get a bootloop, however there is no generic 534 firmware for the 6906, only 290 and 257 (Generic CA 290 and 257 both flash fine).
Is it possible to flash a 6903 firmware and exclude the baseband in the flash? Or what firmware should I be flashing to get onto 534?
Flash the Rogers FTF .534 for C6906 and exclude Baseband.

Negative. I still get a "SONY" logo bootloop after flashing CA Rogers 14.1.G.1.534. (In flashtool the firmware is recognized for C6909) even though it was download as 6906.
Guess I'm not getting root

Strange - I was able to go from a generic C6906 to the Rogers 534 FTF and then back to generic. Can you do a SHA-1 hash check on your file? Maybe the file was corrupted during the download.
The file that worked for me had the following signature:
D4A87945BA556ED4195C9EB723550AD4921BCFB6

Firmware carrier doesnt seem to make a difference, i am on bell aswell and i just flashed the files in that.
if mobile data does not work you have to add Bell APN's in Settings>Wireless & networks> Mobile networks> Access Point Names
good luck
I had to flash 543 a few times. eventually it worked. was stuck in a boot loop.
I have the C6606 and looking for the ftf which has the newest update. I use the flash tool exclusively to update the phone.
Any links would be greatly appreciated.

i'm planning to downgrade my Z1 c6903 from lollopop to Kitkat 4.4.4 and upon searching the net i found so many firmware and i don't know what ftf file to flash in flash tool I''m planning to flash C6903_14.4.A.0.108_Generic_SG_1276-7937_R3C.ftf
is it ok to flash this version?
I used 14.4.A.0.157 which is newer to .108
you can use this ftf
but use lollipop as suggested.
Hi
I am trying to remove t-mobile boot logo from firmware, and i want to make the firmware generic as possible.
Using flashtool and G8441_T-Mobile HR_1311-0658_47.1.A.12.235_R7B firmware to create new bundle.
Now few questions:
1. Do i need to delete fwinfo.xml and update.xml from firmware folder?
2. Can i remove boot logo by deleting some .sin file or .sin file needs to be edited?
Any tips appreciated.
I think that branding depends on your branded firmware. There is no problem to just flash an unbranded version. This is quite easy with Flashtool. Just download the proper version for your smartphone. You can select every version from Sony. The language files are included in every firmware.
To get a generic unbranded firmware.... you flash a generic firmware... like i am using G8441_Customized MY_1311-1764_47.1.A.12.235_R6B. There is cusomtized version for germany too.
Thanks for tips but i knew that, i was asking how to do it manually on branded firmware, and by the way how to know which firmware is without branding in xperifirm?

I've never used a branded fw before, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was in /oem/media/bootanimation.zip. so you would have to edit the oem.sin (or remount /oem as writable if you got root).

Basically anything that begins with "Customized"
