I am not yet able to post in the developer thread, but I would like a question answered. In the screen shot attached it shows a browser bar option with a red line as an icon. This option does nothing when clicked. I didn't notice this icon in the last build, but after upgrading to Viperone 5.0 it appeared. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've never seen that before. Have you tried fully wiping the phone and clean flash the rom again? I'm also on ViperOne 5.0.0 and I've not had any problems. Also, did you check the MD5?

I too have this option in Settings. I wiped my phone before upgrading. I downgraded just to see if the option was there in the previous version that I had installed and it wasn't on ViperOne 2 but it is on ViperOne 5.0. This has me scratching my head.
Least I'm not the only person...

hi there. sometimes i have some problem when i drag down the status bar. when i drag it, icons such as WiFi and Bluetooth and all the icons in the row. and i cant use back button so i have got to pull it up. any ideas?

if i understand right u can't use back button while the notification is down?
try to wipe dalvik cache if its not work, that could be a bug on cm9
i know what you mean, got the same problem with the 03.07... nightly version. Just download the latest nightly, flash it and the problem will disappear !

Yes but I still have that problem on 07.07 when I receive notification such as SMS. But its not always just some times
Hi,
I don't know what to try to fix the problem, for no apparent reason my notification bar won't pull down anymore, I tried to wipe everything and reflash 2 differents rom but nothing worked, the notification bar is stuck. everything else on the phone works great.. I don't understand what can cause this..
I also tried a g-sensor calibration with no result.
Maybe its important to mention that when i am in landscape mode ( with an apps ) the notification bar works perfectly fine, but the moment im back in portrait mode, it become impossible to pull down the notification bar
If anyone have idea how to solve the problem please let me know.

Is this particular area touch responsive at all? Might be a faulty screen.

when im in reverse portrait mode, im able to pull down the notification bar, but once its down, unable to pull up.... so maybe its a faulty screen...

That is strange indeed. What ROM and firmware are you using? A firmware upgrade might help. But I'm not sure

I use Android revolution HD 40.3 with firmware 3.23.666.1
Are you s-off? If so, you might want to try the latest firmware
I am s-on, I tried to get s-off many times with revone with no result

Ok, just got s-off, i will try latest firmware tonight, if doesnt work, I will get back to stock and send to HTC for warranty
Firmware 4.06 did not solved the problem... so as I said, going back to stock and will send to HTC for warranty.
So I flashed viper one to my HTC one and I noticed that I have no more green LED. Looked through every tweak in the tweak menu and I cant find an option for it. Was in the menu while flashing the ROM? If so will I have to reflash to get back a green light? Everything causing a red flash is a little inconvenient Thanks in advance. Its the Viper 6.2.0 if that helps

I reflashed the rom but the options that were coming up originally weren't coming up. I was just flashing the rom with no choices. I then made a backup and wiped and reinstalled but got stuck at HTC screen. Now I'm trying to use my backup and even after wipes I'm still stuck at HTC screen. :crying: I was using Elemental x kernal if that helps too. Reflashed that and saw there is an led option in there but nothing to change colours so all I get is red.

The previous recovery i made is booting just fine. But not the most recent...weird. I renamed the most recent recovery in the option it gives you when you make it. I assume this is why because the same thing happened to me back when I was stock but I thought nothing of it. So I used the old recovery which was 2 days ago instead of yesterday so no complaints there. My phone is alive and I am learning more so progress I guess . Now to fix this only red led problem. I flashed bulletproof kernel instead which had an led option as well but nothing has changed. Still only led light. Has this happened to no one else?
(Edit) fixed. Was a kernel problem. Reinstalled with led control unticked. Then again with it enabled

I just updated to stock 4.4.2 with Sense 6 ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2224752 ). Everything works fine, EXCEPT that when I try to access the "Settings>Personalize" menu, it does not open. Nothing happens.
Is there a reason why this is the case? Is there anything I can do to correct it? I'd really like to access my Theme options.

Some notifications seem to block unlocking.
It looks like the phone is working fine, I can lock/unlock screen. When it receives a message - it blinks LED. But sometime (one in 10 tries) when I try unlocking it by pressing "power" shortly - nothing happens - the screen remains blank.
If I press "power" quickly multiple times, sometime I can see the lock screen with the clock and notification but just for a fraction of a second. I can still ssh to the phone or "adb shell", it is working. Only reboot helps to unlock the screen.
How to fix that?
Same problem with Moto G (first gen), both are running Cyanogenmod 12.1 nightly (tried many from march till last week).

This happens to me when I run a custom kernel, if you changed anything with the kernel revert to stock settings

My kernel came with cyanogenmod image - 3.4.42. Is it "custom" in this context?

Every second CM12.1 build I tried since May (or earlier) does this but not every build. I cannot see system here and changelog does not mention ever that this is fixed/addressed.
