Wanted to say thanks to everyone for your support. I really love the XDA community. I finally got my LG G2 today. Solid and awesome. I will be moving along to another thread. Although I have to admit as I was flashing back to stock today and posting my Nexus 4 on Craigslist looking at the pics of the shiny glass back and feeling it all smooth without a case, had to smile and think It's a good phone. Only had it 10 months but wanted a better camera and a better display. A little concerned about the support over in the G2 threads.. Lol. Thanks Nexus experts you rock!

Too bad that lg doesnt support very well their phones. The build quality is good, and their firmwares are also good, but doesnt expect life beyond 4.4.2

I should not be saying this nor I'm jealous but you made a very bad choice. Nevertheless, Best of Luck!

This could turn out to be a very bad thing for Google and LG to do and would piss a lot of customers off. Especially since pretty much most of the people who have Nexus 4's are the most loyal to Google...

Nothing. Rumors are rumors.
Not this again. That article's almost a week old.
Not only was there never any evidence that LG had stopped production (it was just a stupid rumor that circulated because one article wildly speculated without citing any sources), but LG has now stated that production of the Nexus 4 is increasing.

I'm also talking about the quote from the LG man where he said that they are going to be announcing some new Nexus devices at different screen sizes next month..
There may already be a new Nexus release coming soon regardless of the Nexus 4 staying in production.
oooh not this again

If the nexus 4 had a short life span it will retain its retail value even more. So it will cost me less to get the new one

Hey guys,
I was one of the first to order the Charging Orb and stumbled upon a Reddit request for x-ray images of the device. Being someone with fairly regular access to an x-ray designed for electronics examination, I figured I should step up. I ended up posting the images on Reddit, but I thought I should share with you guys. I know they were already on Android Central as well, but please enjoy, if you haven't seen them.

I think it was a few hundred thousand dollars. A small price to pay for the ability to look through anything smaller than a softball.

Mic?
I don't really care if my device is made in Korea or China, these are advanced tech facilities that make nearly everything, not a whole lot to worry about.
Is this thread really necessary? *facepalm*

WTF?
This thread is a waste of space here on xda.
If I was a moderator I will close this right now!
And what is wrong with phones made in China?
The nexus 4 is modular so the only thing for sure is that it's assembled in Korea but every component should be made in any place.
But I agree with the rest of you; what's is wrong with Chinese made phones? There are some really impressive Chinese made phones (Jiayu, Meizu, Oppo, etc) and MTK processors are good enough for smartphones...
The technology you know about in China only scratches the surface. You should try living here

Lol.. China or Korea for me is the same ) Quality build is matter
I don't care where it's made. I support my Country, Canada, but I'm not going to slam China for making one of the best Nexus' I've had. Not classy dude.

ETrade Supply is selling OEM Galaxy Gear glass screen replacements for $7.55
I've ordered tons of things from them and they have decent customer service.
They're currently sold out but i'm sure they will be getting more in stock.
might be a good thing to stock up on since people are already complaining about scratched screens.

I think Depends on how used you are to tinkering with small device's.
There is an video on youtube with a guy who explains the disassembling of the watch, but he doesn't go as deep into it as I'd like.
But the process has been pretty straight forward on my previous galaxy devices. And it will break sooner or later

lol @ sort of. hehe All high end phones are pricey. I saved 50 on my T-Mobile Flex because of the 6 Month free Netflix. I think AT&T is selling the Flex for 20 more then the T-Mobile. I think the curve helps fit the phone in my jean pockets better. I don't wear tight jeans and my pockets are deep. lol The 720p is one of the reasons why the battery life excellent so I consider it a pro.

Was the 6 months of free netflix because you got it online, or did you get an in store offer?
