[Q] Data Connection On and Off

Hi, guys.
I have been trying all different JB roms on my N1. However, all the roms have the same problem, which is the data connection on and off sometimes, and lost data connection some time. When I go back to GB, there is no such problem.
Moreover, youtube is not working in JB as well, cannot load video.
Does anyone here know how to solve this kind of problems?
Cheers,

[Q] Problem setting up WiFi Hotspot in new DevConnection build

HI everyone, I seem to have a bug in the new DevConnection ROM released... and basically every kernel/ROM derived off of.
The problem is that when I set up a WiFi hotspot, the phone shows that it has set up one, but none of my other devices (Desktop, Nexus 7 etc.) are able to find it..
Anyone else experience such a problem?, or am i doing something wrong?
Thanks

[Q] Nook HD+ Wifi Signal Problems

Hi,
I just got my Nook HD+ yesterday and during registration / nook account setup I was having some trouble maintaining wifi connectivity even though my phone and laptop have strong signals at the same location. The router was only in the next room so there shouldn't have been any problems. I didn't move at this stage since I was in the middle of first charge (during which I had some screen flickering during charge but understand this is a common issue.).
I managed to get through registration and followed the steps at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2317500 to install CM 10.1 Stable (cm-10.1.3-ovation.zip).
After charging was complete, I brought the nook to within a few feet of the router but still only get a medium signal (whilst my phone gets full in the same place).
So, does anyone know if this would be a hardware issue, and is there any way to confirm, or is it possible moving to CM 10.2 would be of any benefit?
Realised I've posted in the wrong subforum. Can someone move this to Nook HD, HD+ Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting?
Bump, with some Wifi Analyzer screenshots with both devices (NOOKHD vs SGSII phone) side by side. See attachments
Either my phone wifi is REALLY good and has given me false expectations, or my Nook wifi is just awful.
So the question still remains, does anyone have any ideas how to check to confirm whether this is a hardware issue? I fear I may have to revert to stock ROM and send this back
Have given up...
Loaded CM10.2 but no improvement.
Recovered to stock ROM, and also no improvement.
Returning :'(

[Q] WiFi and Bluetooth problem connection

Hello guys
Recently I noticed WiFi disconnects when turning Bluetooth on. Whn I opened the WiFi menu all acces points were not available. But when Bluetooth is off there is no problem. Any solutions?
I have the same problem. I'm running CM11 M11 but had the issue also with M10. It is really annoying since I also have a Sony SmartBand and therefore i can't use wifi at all.

same problem here. Seems that bluetooth low enegy device and wifi does not work well together.
I have a xiaomi mi band and it kills wifi as soon as I connect it. The only way around is to disable sync and manually sync. After sync you can go to bluetooth settings and search for devices. After that wifi connects normally until I sync the band to the phone again.
I tried the fix described by @MrSteve555 in the FXP CM11 development thread but it did not help, the issue still remains.

Same thing here. I'm running CM11 M11, Williams v4. A bit annoying if you rely on Bluetooth for the SmartBand. I've taken to having BT on all the time when I'm not at home (not using WiFi) and switching to WiFi with only occasionally turning on BT when I'm home. Not really a solution, but as a workaround it's okay.
I really hope someone can work this out. I think I will just create a tasker profile or something. But then again, not an elegant solution.
I have the same problem, I have it on stock 4.3 rom and now i just installed CM11 and there is still problem. Anyone found a solution? Do I really need to go back to android 4.1 to fix this?

Well I suggest flashing the stock ROM again on your phone. That may solve the problem..

[Q] No WIFI @ all

Hello,
I cant find a answer to my problem. I have been searching and trying to fix it for days. So I got 2 HP TouchPads as a gift. I was able to install CM11 with toolbox on one HP. No issues at all with that one. Then I installed CM11 with toolbox on second one. The only issue I have is the WiFi will not turn on. When the ROM starts I hit English and then it will go to the WiFi screen. At that screen it will say "WiFi turning on". It will stay like that forever and never change. When I decide to skip the setup and turn the WiFi on with the toggle switch it does nothing. The switch will not move. I have tried CM11, Pacman kikat 4.4.4 and Evervolv 5.0.0. WiFi will not turn on will any ROM. When I go back to Webos with toolbox WiFi will work every time. Does any one know how to fix this?
ok so since no one knows that answer. Is it possible to take a backup from the good touchpad and restore it on the bad touchpad. Does anyone think that will work? If it is possible how would I go about doing that. I'm using toolbox and cwm recovery.
Just to eliminate CM configuration as an issue, have you tried using the WIFI in WebOS? I've had problems with my corp WIFI on my Touchpad on and off for a long time. Trying a different OS might eliminate or suggest a hardware related probem.
