You must be using a JB Modem, or modified KK Modem for this ROM to function properly. @dr87's TWRP is HIGHLY recommended as it is modified to prevent overheating which can cause permanent screen damage. Use anything else at your own risk, and we take no responsibility for whatever happens to your device.

OFFICAL OMNI BUILDS
Gapps:

(recommend the MODULAR FULL package, however, keep in mind that the STOCK package is intended for Nexus devices)
Omni only supports TWRP recovery, use any alternate recovery at your own risk.

well as you can see based on vertigo's post here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=50767301&postcount=1164
that he is no longer continuing support for his OmniROM builds.
also, this build will be officially supported by the OmniROM team and will be built by OmniROM's server as official nightlies starting tonight, 03/03

I don't think that by having more features in launcher, qualifies as 'better'. The majority that installs a custom ROM like CM or Omni or... usually installs a third party launcher as well. And if you consider that ART is not working as well as on Omni, I wonder if one can say that CM is better at this point.
Just my 2c...
i cant connect to wifi, it says "association rejected"
any help?
edit:
i managed to fix this, changed the wireless security from WPA to WPA2

There is no fix for blue screens that I've seen until now. They might be less or more frequent between ROMs but that's just because its random.
The apps disappearing issue should be fixed in the next build on omni.

*** I AM NOT THE NEXUS 5/HAMMERHEAD DEVICE MAINTAINER, I'M JUST GETTING THIS THREAD STARTED ***
CyanogenMod is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 4.4.1 (KitKat), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.
Code:
#include <std_disclaimer.h>
/*
* Your warranty is now void.

* thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please

*/
CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. You will need to provide your own Google Applications package (gapps). CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.
All the source code for CyanogenMod is available in the CyanogenMod Github repo. And if you would like to contribute to CyanogenMod, please visit out Gerrit Code Review. Your changelog is whatever was merged into gerrit.
Instructions:
First time flashing CyanogenMod 11.0 your device, or coming from another ROM?
Download the zip(s).
Optional: adb backup
Fastboot oem unlock > fastboot flash recovery recovery.img.
Perform a NANDroid backup of your current ROM.
Wipe data & cache partitions of your device (required when coming from stock!).
Flash CyanogenMod.
Optional: Install the Google Apps addon package.
Issues?
Experience issues? As these are nightlies, bug reports are not accepted. You are relying on yourself and your peers in this thread for support!

GENERAL COMMENT AND REQUEST:
We ask all the regular contributors here to please answer the "xxx is broken" or "yyy force closes" statements without an attached logcat with something like "LOGCAT or it didn't happen"
Feel free to be creative but DO NOT respond with wipe cache/clear data or any other attempted solution before the reporting user has taken the trouble to actually try to help solve the problem (e.g. by attaching a logcat, detailed steps to reproduce etc.).
We need to force more discipline in how issues are reported which will help us all find and squash bugs that may exist.
Just clearing data etc. may in fact cause us to never find the bug that caused the issue and just makes for lazy users.
The CyanogenMod team would like to thank everyone involved in helping with testing, coding, debugging & documenting! Enjoy!

Informations
I build it from sources for my SM-G530FZ - single SIM version of Grand Prime. I'm not know what the other... I have not experience with developing Android so the next build maybe will release on the next weekend (if fix somethink). It is my hobby so honestly I hope completly fix whole of the ROM, but remember: it is my hobby only so it is 'for fun' for my only ;p I need testers. Thank you too, if you thanked me.

TESTING: include experimental changes to be evaluated and to possibly fix some issues
may be used as daily driver only if they don't break functionality or introduce new issues.

You're welcome! OP updated... initial version is live now!
Awesome work man! Thank you for the build. I'm about to give it a go.
Have it loaded, and themed. Its running great, a couple settings FC's, probably theme related. Smooth and fast. Thanks again

Don't install themes for previous versions of CM (may cause SystemUI or Settings FCs)! CM 13 is still under development and many resources are missing.

No... I didn't . I have a cm13 theme installed. Thanks for the heads up.
Ok, I just want to make sure I can install this on the developer edition Verizon Note 4. I just got one. It's already rooted with recovery. Thanks.
It's BOF1.

I use hangouts, and I can receive texts, but when I send it says "message not sent" even though it does send the text. MMS works fine.
No, mine is working fine so far

CyanogenMod is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 6.0 (Marshmallow), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.
Code:
/*
* Your warranty is now void.
*
* We are not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
* thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please
* do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM
* before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if
* you point the finger at us for messing up your device, we will laugh at you.
*
*/
And if you would like to contribute to CyanogenMod, please visit our Gerrit Code Review.

Note: You need to flash the package right after you install the ROM. If you boot up and then go back and flash it, your phone won't boot.

Great work. I've read your facebook post, it's a shame that you don't own a sprout8 too. Could it be possible to build one for sprout8 and gather some testers to send you logcats instead?
