I've got the possibility to get that cover at a decent price only today but I struggle to determine if it will be compatible with the N10 : http://www.kensington.com/kensingto...xpert-universal-tablet-cover-stand-black.aspx
It's supposed to be universal but from the comments I've read, it's not always the case (ah !). I don't find a consensus on the exact size, sometimes it is said to be too small, sometimes too big.
Does anyone have it ?

Hello all... I'm new to this forum but have found it quite helpful in my quest to optimize and get every bit of juice out of my HD2. I have looked through so many posts trying to find information on stands as I have just purchased my apple bluetooth keyboard for use as a note taking device at school. I was going to buy another eeepc after I sold mine, but realized that with the keyboard this baby is actually quite powerful enough to be a baby computer at school. A lot of the stands seem really cool but I was wondering if anyone had found or figured out a way to modify a stand that could securely clip onto the space at the top of the apple keyboard.
Attached is a link to an image of the keyboard to give you an idea of what I'm working with. Seems the space at the top is about an inch. As I can't seem to find one I can buy yet, I've been trying to think of ways I could create a clip on from one of the stands like the smart stand but thought I'd throw this out to you guys for some ideas as I'm not getting very far. Sorry if this has been covered before, but I did do a lot of searching and didn't seem to find anything like this in particular so thought I'd post.
And, btw, I'm Elle. Nice to meet you guys.
Cool idea...let us know if you figure something out.
The whole concept just sounds strange to me. Using a small phone with a massive keyboard just to do some notes. Granted both devices are beautiful but working them both together, er no.
However each to their own and all. I can't think of a way to attach them together which wouldn't inherently ruin either the phone or keyoard but what I'd do if I was so inclined to use them both together, would be maybe buy the extended battery with kickstand and then use it like the image below (obviously you wouldn't need to lean your phone against the wall with the kickstand ).
I fail to see why the HD2 needs to be attached to the keyboard in the first place .
Update - my girlfriend has suggested you just use a bit of blu-tac lol.
That's what I've been doing, just without an appropriate stand but a self-created one. It's actually a rather cool setup; this is the smaller version of the keyboard and it decreases the weight I carry around immensely. The keyboard syncs wonderfully, I just thought it might be cool if there was a way to attach it to the keyboard. I'll let you guys know if I figure anything out specifically, there seems to be some interesting ways to manufacture a simple clip on that I'm figuring out the details for at the moment.
Did you ever figure out a simple stand? I just bought one of these keyboards. and it paired perfectly and all the keys work, except the specialized function keys.
Compared to other available bluetooth keyboards (Stowaway, Freedom, etc.), this one is probably overall less space (by volume) and lighter.
Cheers
Capdase stand
hi. Just to let you know that this stand actually works.
Alright, ignoring the iPhone (it sux anyways. ), the translucent stand thats holding the phone actually fits the hd2. Not only that, I have the silicon casing around the hd2 and the stand still fits! Of course, it stretches as the iphone is of a smaller width. How do i know? I tested my bro's stand and it has been with me since. Lets just say that the holder was no longer meant for the iphone due to the bigger hd2. I.e. Its mine!
P.s It goes horizontal and vertical.
There's a couple of threads on make-your-own stands My favourite is the credit-card one, which you then fold out whenever you need it. Keep it in your wallet/as part of your phone case and you're there!

iPhone stand
CCheck out this one: w w w. northsecure. com/iphone-stand/ (remove spaces)
Old thread, but anyway the extended battery with it's kickstand would do this amazingly
I'm looking around for a new mount for my T-Mobile HD2. I found this forum strongly supports BRODIT, yet I can't find much information to see if it fits an HD2 inside of a case or not, or what would be the best course of action if you had a Case on your HD2 and wanted to use a car-mount.
I apologize if this has been asked a million times.
Thank you.
The Brodit page for the HD2 is:
http://brodit.se/productList.html?locale=en&brand=HTC&model=HD2&pn=prod
but you will need to find a local distributer.
AFAIK the HD2 holders are all for caseless phones.
This is what I use:
http://www.exogear.com/products-exomount-car-mount-holder.html
Check the video, this is a fantastic product and I'm very satisfied with my choice.
Its main advantages are:
- it can be used with any device (up to 5")
- the grip is unbelievable, it can be attached to almost any clean dry surface
- it has a lockable ball joint for angle adjustment
- it is not expensive
The only thing it lacks to be perfect is the material which is hard plastic.
It looks and feels good quality but I wish it was made of aluminium.
I live in Europe so I got it from here:

I also recommend Brodit. The fact that you have to take the phone out of the case is just a minor disadvantage. In my opinion anyways.

Constantly removing a phone from a case, would case damage to the case & phone if it happened multiple times per day, for months/years on end, wouldn't it?
Hi all... I know this is yet another case thread, but I'd appreciate some Uk specific advice please....
I have a very cheap case off Amazon for my Nexus 7. It is OK I suppose, slightly too big perhaps, but I don't think it will last long and also the sensor lock/unlock does not work. I have pointed this out to the seller and been sent a new, different case but this is also too large for the Nexus 7 and the lock/unlock still does not work.
If any owners in the UK have a case that fits well and locks as it should then please let me know. I don't want to spend much but equally I want a case that works.
Thanks
I've been using the G-Hub case from amazon uk (product code: B008KPVSQC). It's just a cheap pleather case, but the Nexus 7 fits inside snugly and the lock/sleep function works well.
What sort of price range you lookin' for?
I'm looking around the £10-£20 mark, however I just saw the G-HUB for £4.99 incl. delivery (admittedly it is the black/white polka dot version). The main issue is the fit.... the N7 moves around in my current cases, and also the sensor lock/unlock. So fingers crossed this case will do the job.
Thanks

Couldn't find this specific one anywhere, but it LOOKS similar to ones posted all over http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1840085. I just bought it, probably be here in a week or so, will turn this into a review as and when it is here. Can anyone confirm the size of the other similar cases reviewed here (poetic one for example), the size for this states its 2CM in height, which seems like a bit much to me.
Hey Guys.
I've just received my Swees Case for Nexus 7 and wanted to share my impression about it.
First of all, i couldn't find it on the American Amazon website. So after the review, if anyone in the America is still interested, you might need to look for yourself.
So here we go.
Similar to many products for the Nexus 7, it this case has tried to imitate the Smart-Cover look. That's fine.
So on the bottom, this case is like a hard-case protecting the Nexus from Scratches, Bumps, etc. quite well. There's a gap between speakers, and all Buttons and Microphone, so you get no disturbance using the Nexus with the Case. At the front, there's this Leather-Like material covering the Screen.
The cover can be used as a stand. Application is very easy, every child can do it and your Nexus will stand on table-tops or even your couch. It's quite stable I'd say, at least from my testing on even softer surfaces, it still stood like a rock.
At the end of the covering, there is some magnet build inside, so the cover will fix itself to be closed at times. It's not the strongest magnet though, but for transporting and carriage it's quite alright. The cover will also trigger sleep / awake mode when opened or closed.
For this unbelievable price it's quite a good deal if you ask me. Many covers I've seen in stores were priced 3x as much, but didn't show the quality. Anyhow. I can recommend it :
UK* : http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_1?url=search-alias=aps&field-keywords=swees+nexus+7
* I got the black one, but i guess other colors are quite nice. 7,99 Pounds ( Don't know if they charge shipping in the UK ) is quite a deal.
DE : http://www.amazon.de/Swees-Schutzhü...K0ME/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1351992143&sr=8-1
This is exactly where i ordered from. ( all for 12,99€ )
http://www.amazon.de/s/ref=nb_sb_ss...wees+nexus+7&sprefix=swees+%2Celectronics%2C0
Again for DE - diffrent colors are available.
At least for the german amazon, they even give an additional Pen & Screen Protector. Compared to Samsungs "S-Pen" this pen is quite better build wise. I wouldn't recommend using it for drawing professionally. For notes quite alright.
Can't really say much about the screen protector, I don't usually use one and probably won't use it.
At last : 2 pictures showing the Stand function and overall look of the case.
I am open for any question regarding this product. I am not affiliated with this product or company in any way, I just want to help our users to fight an excellent case which is affordable.
( Btw. I had a long way finding this case. There are 100s of cases to be found on amazon and i read through a lot of feedback from each of them. From the cheaper cases, you can expect poor quality, chemical smell as well as rash on skin, and many other things. Therefor i am very pleased with what I've got my hands onto. )
Thanks for the review, but this is the common 'eBay case,' there's a 140-reply thread about it already. Can be had for about $10USD with free shipping.
